Very good and Honest could of made alot of money out of me as I had bad Advice I phoned them up and ask gor the soundproofing and when could it be delivered
And was told I did not need to spend all that money, what was Amazing it was much cheaper.

It came as Arranged very quickly.

I called FWDirect with a slightly unusual query about a floor I had recently fitted that wasn't suitable and needed some underlay. Chris couldn't have been more helpful. He spent almost half an hour on the phone with me going through all the options to make sure I bought the right product. Knowing I needed the product ASAP, he made a call to ensure I could get it immediately. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to buy Kingspan insulation but had questions about the delivery and FWD was the only company to email me back. I placed 2 separate orders with FW Direct for 12mm Karma Soundlay insulation matting. I ordered around £500 worth which arrived 2-3 days later and used this to reduced footfall and vocal noise in a bedroom where there was no insulation between the joists and I didn't want to lift the whole floor. It worked so well I went back and bought another 26sqm worth for the back bedrooms where I was lifting the floor and replacing the underlay. It was worked a treat. I dealt with Josh who was great and informative. I basically worked out this is a better product with more mass than all of the other firms 15mm products. Easy to fit. Lifting 34 sheets up the stairs is a decent workout too. Thanks.
