Good quality. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately delivery schedule was not reliable as they didn’t deliver on the due date and no communication from the supplier or the delivery company to tell us when they will be delivering. We waited whole day expecting and nothing turned up. Fran was good in communicating but she neither had any info. On delivery timing. It was not helpful to plan our day.

Thank you very much for taking time to review us. We are sorry that your delivery did not go to plan as you would have hoped. We always let customers with pallet deliveries know that although we book them in for a day, and unfortunately it is a all day delivery, that it can overrun to the next. So our expectation, that we explain on the phone but also via the confirmation email, is that realistically it has a two day window. We have been unable to find anyone to deliver who will guarantee that day only delivery. Consequently if they arrive within those days we feel that is reasonable, it is a long time but we have explained it clearly.
However, and the pallet company is sometimes not great, when using agency drivers, at updating their software. This was the case for you, so we are sorry that was your experience. We do try and keep the customer as well advised as we are able.

We have bought from Floorsave twice and their service is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and their advice invaluable. Samples come out quickly and any questions answered. Our oiled oak floor is now down and looks amazing!

Take time to think about it
Buying experience was good. Simple straight forward on the website. The delivery company are a complete shambles, four days late, no communication on the actual day of delivery and badly packed. They floor itself, spc planks, looked good, felt good, but after two weeks from installation the plank end joints have snapped and lifted making a cracking sound when walking over. Wish I had tiled the whole floor now.

We are sorry that you had issues with the delivery company, we use third party carrier, our understanding was that they tried to deliver early, on the Friday rather than the Monday as planned, which is unusual but were then unable to get to the address, so spoke to someone and offered Saturday but was told to stay on Monday.
This would have meant that the delivery had arrived as planned and not without any communication as somebody told them the earlier delivery was not possible. The flooring arrived as originally planned on the Monday. I don't believe this means it was late or without communication. It is odd to try and deliver earlier but this can be the case only if this works for the customer.
Any issues you have had with the flooring could have been looked at and we would, as per some reviews on here attest, have done our best to resolve this for you.
However you didn't let us know there was any problem and have not responded to our email directly to you.
Problems can arise, this flooring is a great product but does need to go down on a really level, smooth subfloor and without any further underlay. If instructions are followed then we would not expect issues, however we would advise anyone with an issue to please contact us first to allow us the chance to help rather than communicate just through this review platform.

Sample arrived in one day and was perfect, did the fill in to order only to discover the delivery date was a minimum of 3 weeks away and as it was delivery to Scotland I had to phone up to arrange delivery, so I found another company with same product with no delivery as per above.

Great timely delivery of flooring samples
Great timely delivery of flooring samples, nice colour and finish selection, website easy to navigate.
Was looking for some hard wearing floor covering for a new kitchen, and it's so nice to see the quality without having to drive out to a store.

Highly recommend this company for your…
Highly recommend this company for your flooring. I moved into my first home recently and purchased flooring from floorsave. I floored my whole house with their flooring, and no issues. Had a couple issues of some of the packets arriving damaged but they were quick enough to rectify this and send out new packets asap. They made sure I had the right amount for my moving in day. Customer service was 10/10. Any issues or questions, they were super at emailing and sorting all.
