I placed my order in the evening but still had an acknowledgement the same evening to say it had been processed.
I was kept informed about the delivery schedule and received my order without any problems and on time.

What can I say, 10 out of 10, fantastic customer service, help and advice, and making sure that every angle was covered from start to finish. Brad was absolutely amazing rarely in this day do you get customer service like you do from floor to your door, and the prices and selection were great too. From start to finish a pleasure to do business with.

Brad was very helpful, and confirmed that the carpet I had seen (at twice the price elsewhere) was the same carpet on his website. They helped with the ordering process and we received within 2 days. We have managed to get a lovely quality carpet well within what was a quite limited budget. We would use their site again.
