I have been impressed by how quickly my lab kit and custom probiotics have shipped out, as well as how promptly their team has responded to customer service questions--and thoroughly! I also had a call with a Floré Scientific Liaison and was so impressed by their knowledge, and helpful guidance to understanding my lab results, incorporating foods to my diet, and ultimately improving my gut health. It has left me hopeful that my digestive and overall health will improve!

Caller did her homework before our conversation and answered all of my questions knowledgeable and concise. I loved the personal touch the Floré program gives me. Better than most physicians.

I first received my “custom” probiotics and the packaging’s lettering was all off and I had to request a new lid to my first shipment based on the packaging issues. Bad signs of things to come…

I requested to update my “custom” formula to include a strain my doctor requested. I was told I would have to pay to update the formula because I didn’t tell them within 6 weeks, which would’ve been free.

I haven’t had the ability to connect with them to reach them in the first 6 weeks and they won’t make an exception unless I either pay $79 or re-test my gut with them (laborious process) which is useless when I’m just trying to add a different strain per my provider who referred me to them.

After I complained that I don’t want to pay to reformulate or go through a weeks long retesting process, I got the response of:

“In order to keep the integrity of our custom formulation process and due to how quickly the microbiome changes, we do have to always recommend retesting this far out. We have a formulation team that specializes in choosing the strains based on the data and goals, so it's not a simple as requesting the strains and us adding them in.”

Apparently it’s easy to add in the strains if you pay $79 though to not re-test (insert eye roll).

Impossible to contact and slow to respond, only have a website and I had to follow up for responses. Eventually they said just “no”. Told my doctor to stop referring them and to switch to their competitors.

Bad customer service.

Shirin is so passionate about this work and incredibly knowledgable. She is very present on every call and really listens. I've learned a lot from her!

Shirin, is always so helpful with ways for me to improve my microbiome. I have some ongoing health issues that make eating certain foods difficult but she still has great ideas to work around these issues as best I can. I have reached out to Shirin a couple of times in the last 6 months she was always great about responding quickly and always helpful. It is a great service to provide this consultation.

I recently received my second Microbiome Report from FLORÉ and also my personalised probiotics. I don’t think the service of personalised probiotics is available in the UK and I’m deeply grateful for the whole Service provided by FLORÉ.
The Microbiome report is very detailed and extremely helpful, as are the dietary recommendations. The service provided includes a 20 minute consultation with a FLORE scientific liaison officer. This is a brilliant component of the service and I recently had my consultation with Shirin Treadwell.
I cannot praise Shirin too highly. Her knowledge is amazing and she explained clearly any findings I didn’t understand and also isolated the report’s most important findings. Shirin was incredibly helpful about my diet which I struggle with due to food sensitivities. She was quickly able to come up with alternatives to things which had been suggested in the report which I do not feel able to eat at the moment.
Shirin is also extremely easy to talk to and very receptive to questions. She has a lovely manner on the phone and I immediately felt at ease talking to her. This is a brilliant service provided by FLORÉ at no extra cost.
I would also like to praise Customer Services –in particular Megan who was so Helpful to me on several occasions. She responded quickly to any emails I sent and efficiently sorted and ironed out any issues. Like Shirin, she also has a lovely and approachable manner. The faster rate of reply from customer services is one area which has vastly improved since I first started using FLORÉ.
I’m extremely pleased and impressed and shall be continuing to use FLORÉ for the foreseeable future.

The Microbiome Analysis Review was very helpful to understand the written report. The Scientific Liaison addressed my specific questions, spoke in concrete details, her humor lightened my tendency to worry, and she made herself readily available to follow up with me on areas if I have more questions.
