After contracting Norovirus which led to an undiagnosed C. Diff infection that lasted over a year I thought my life was going to be miserable until I died. Floré’s testing showed a likely C. Diff issue shortly after my Norovirus infection but my GI discarded those results as an “unreliable consumer product.” It took a year to convince them I needed to be tested before they finally did and when it came back positive they finally treated me to get me on the path to recovery. When you don’t feel well it’s important to be heard and feel like someone cares. I have only felt this way with Floré. My GI doctor wants to collect my copay and move on to the next person. If it weren’t for Floré my GI would have convinced me that I was incurable and would have inevitably ended up getting surgery. Shirin has been so great at emailing me and speaking with the compassion that my GI sorely lacks. I’m on the road to recovery and it truly is the result of Floré. I am sincerely grateful for this company and Shirin’s guidance.
