I am beyond impressed with the wholistic approach of Flore’s gut microbiome testing, reporting, physician consult, and bespoke probiotic formulation. I understand that Flore is splitting its fecal testing effort from its probiotic formulation effort so each can focus on what they do best. I do wish it was still a package deal because I learned so much from my physician consult on ways to better my gut microbiome make up. I’ve been with Flore and Sun Genomics now for about 3 months and I am very excited to continue on the road to wellness with them. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I had the pleasure of having my microbiome test reviewed by Aubrey Anderson, ND. Dr. Anderson walked me through my test results and explained how they might affect my gut health. She was extremely clear and knowledgeable regarding what to focus on and improve. Her uplifting spirit and love for the gut microbiome were contagious! After our call, Dr. A followed up with an email full of resources and articles, which I find empowering and useful. I highly recommend you schedule your call after your results are back. It will not disappoint.

Aubrey was great. She was prepared with all of my results and tips on how to get the results I'm seeking. It's hard to believe we were only on the call for a half hour because I learned so much!

Don't use this company. I learned the hard way it's a scam. They charge taxes for multiple counties, and then they charged me again. So not only was I not refunded for the cancellation within less than a few hours of ordering, but they double charged me. phone number they provided goes to a busy signal and likely a non-working number.

Their customer service Has gone downhill. Especially since the Netflix series. Well I understand the volume, the ability to serve has decreased in addition to their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this company. They are also doing away with many services that were valuable.

The Floré process is inherently flawed, as there is little to no connection between the results of your gut microbiome and the probiotics that are prescribed.

The results of my biome report suggested my gut biome was above average, which is not possible given I’ve struggled with gut issues for the last decade. I was shipped probiotics which severely aggravated my gut biome, to the point I needed to go to the doctor. I compared the components of the formulation I was provided to the results of my biome testing m, and none of the strains prescribed were out of the normal range, so it was not clear what was being addressed. I contacted Floré who provided a reformulation, however the denied my retesting request to see what went wrong, and stated the formulation was based on my survey results of what I wanted to work on (arthritis, bloating, etc.) and not the biome report.

The reformulated probiotics were just as bad, if not worse than the initial batch, despite giving specific instructions about what strains worked well for me in the past. I contacted Floré again and they pointed to language in their disclosure which said results are not guaranteed, and refused to give a refund or do any further testing.

While it might work for some people, what they are promising is not backed up by any regulated medical body, and make dangerous promises to those who are vulnerable.

Dr. A was very helpful in explaining my report. She is very knowledgeable and answered questions I had about certain bacteria. She followed up with a list of foods that would be beneficial to me, as well. Thank you!

Dr. Aubrey was very knowledgable and provided a comprehensive, easy to follow report. I appreciated the recommendations without any pressure to purchase anything. Very professional but also very personable. I feel like I have a new partner in my journey to ultimate health!

Dr. Aubrey Anderson was amazing! I cannot get over how excellent this company is. I’ve had several stool tests done over the years through labs used by my naturopathic doctor and the details on the reports were vague and not very helpful. I am thrilled with the Flore detailed reports and the portal where I can dig deep into my microbiome and ways to support its healing and growth.
