I paid for the first month at $299 expecting the personalized report and probiotics. when I received the materials I returned them within days.

Over one month went by and I was watching the status on my app. Since I had not received the report yet I chose not to renew every month as I waited. I expected this would mean I would get the report and the probiotics found to balance my gut biome.

Signed up Feb. 26. Report received April 16.

Instead I received the report in the third month. I received no probiotics. In reviewing the report I saw that my gut health was nowhere near normal in various categories. I attempted to research this on my own to determine what probiotics or treatment I could take since the report offered no recommendations. I believe the report is not meant to be understood by a layman.

By the time all was said and done I paid $300 and received nothing of value. I felt this was a rip off.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this company, and I would not recommend their services. It has been a significant waste of time and money.

For the first test, I wasn’t informed that temperature-sensitive products would be mailed to me during the summer, while I was out of the country with my family for over a month. By the time we returned, the products had spoiled. To address the issue, I had to involve my doctor to get any support. Eventually, a company representative instructed me to use the second test for a retest and promised new products.

The second test took an unreasonably long time to process, and before it was even completed, I received a shipment with only one product instead of the full set, along with incorrect instructions that referenced multiple products. When I emailed them—the only communication option available—to clarify the instructions and inform them of the missing products, I received no response at all.

Weeks later, I got an automated email stating that the results of the second test were ready, but there was no follow-up, no instructions, and no customized product sent to me. After all this, I’m left out of pocket a considerable amount with absolutely no benefit, wasted products, and wasted time.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of customer support or any effort to help me navigate the process correctly. The company’s approach feels careless and unprofessional. I am incredibly disappointed and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for better service and support.

They consistently bill us before sending the probiotics out, we go week(s) without the product. It equates to us paying for 3-4 months of supplements per year without ever receiving them. They are in essence stealing from us. I would recommend finding another source.

I had a consult with Aubrey to review my results. This information was extremely helpful since it’s a custom plan. I never realized the complex nature of the gut biom and she gave positive strategies for improvement. This was just what I needed to set a clear path and goals. Thank you!

Still waiting for my results after submitting in August. It’s now November 18. It was supposed to be ready over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. I emailed a week ago. If you’re going to do this, be prepared to wait 3-6 months to get results.

I learned so much and got some great resources from Dr. Aubrey Anderson. Her review of my report was extremely helpful and informative. She listened to my objectives and tied in the important aspects of my report which will help me to make more informed decisions moving forward.

It's was great to receive my stuff in Canada. The process is easy, and quick. I receive my probiotic with a good explain from Aubrey Anderson, ND. (The meeting take long time to have). I receive a lot of good information to improve my microbiom. I like the application to see all my stuff.
I see improvment in my body in 1 week (less gaz and bloating).
I will probably test my microbiom again after 3 month to see the progression.

Dr. A is truly exceptional! She is both attentive and thorough, and I greatly appreciated her in-depth review of my report, as well as her assistance in navigating the portal. Even with a busy schedule and a two-month average wait for appointments, she still managed to give me her undivided attention, which speaks volumes about her dedication. Her vast knowledge and commitment to her work make her a tremendous asset, and I hope she is well-compensated for her contributions. She definitely deserves a bonus!

The company's value is reflected in its employees, and Dr. A adds irreplaceable value. I found the experience of learning about my microbiome health both enjoyable and informative, with the website being user-friendly and the report details enhancing my understanding. Great experience overall, all the information I got was very detailed and very helpful. The whole process was very easy and user friendly. All the information on my portal was so easy to understand, charts are easy as well and I can say that i learned a lot more then I knew before about my gut. I was extremely please with the appointment call of Dr. Anderson, she was amazing and detailed, going over everything in a professional and easy to understand manner. She also sent in an email so much useful information and sites so that I can educate myself on how to take care of my gut. It was so much better and more useful information than I was expecting. I will definitely do it again in the future and would recommend it to everyone.

Their customer service is horrible and any time I had a question or concern, they offered to cancel my subscription even without me asking to cancel. They don't ship the probiotics on time so I was left 5+ days with no probiotics, twice. Plus, their probiotics did not work for me, including a reformulation at the 6-week mark, and I didn't see a positive difference after taking the probiotics for 4 months. I had numerous side effects that their doctor said I should not be having. They refused to help me or give me a refund, and they canceled my subscription without my consent. Then, they raised the price significantly from $79 per month to $99 to where I couldn't continue on the program because I couldn't afford it. Now, they now want to charge $249 for retesting that was advertised free of charge at the 4-month mark when I signed up. Plus, they promised me a free backpack cooler that I never received, and when I asked them about it, they said it would ship out that week. Well, that was over a month ago, and I never received it. Plus, they have a rewards program for referrals, and I never received my referral credit. A complete waste of money and time, and I had high hopes!

I recently completed Flore's microbiome test. The kit arrived quickly and the instructions were very clear. The results were available quickly, but understanding the details and actions I needed to take required a consult. The only issue I had was the delay between having the results and the consult (2+ months). The consult itself was excellent. We reviewed how to use the portal, then went into the details of the report. I also received a follow-up email summarizing our call with additional links and information. Understanding your biome is an important part of managing your health. Flore's test, custom probiotics, and consult are well worth the time and cost

We love this company and the customer service and thorough reporting has been excellent every step of the way. I was spending more than their monthly cost on probiotics without the testing and with no idea what I needed for my body and well being. I spoke with Aubrey, the specialist. at length. She is a wealth of knowledge. She was helpful, made a number of excellent recommendations and provided follow up data that has been very helpful. We highly recommend this company to other individuals who are wanting optimum health.

Aubrey was friendly, professional, clear and efficient. She directed me to the most important findings, gave context and suggested next steps. She sent me detailed follow-ups to read and I feel much more infomed with more to explore.

Dr A was a delight. The meeting was very informative and appreciated.
Here is why I didn't give 5 stars. 1. The meeting is rushed. There is no time for questions or explanations beyond the standard given. I could tell that Dr. A tried her hardest to get as much info in as possible in the time allotted. 2. Because the information is run through so fast, there are lots of terms and explanations being thrown at the patient, it is almost impossible to retain all of the information. Please consider giving customers a recording/transcript, so they can go back and review more than once.

Horrible, just horrible!!!! Failure to communicate! I ordered back in July 2024 the free test kit with 3 months probiotics and a retest. I was just informed September 2024 that on August 24th 2024 that the company can no longer take a loss of product and I after my three months is up will no longer get the retest I paid for in the beginning!!! First off the company should have reached out to their customers and explain due to price increase they would need to charge for a re-testing and a increase for their products, but also possible for the inconvenience gave one more month of probiotics, or a discount. I work for a lab company and we have never pulled anything like this on our clients. We also had an high standard to inform our clients of price increase and changes to testing and etc. I am so speechless at this company. The sadist thing was they actually were working for me, but I can’t afford them or even do the re-test due to the price increases. Don’t buy unless your expecting random price increases or poor communication!!!!!!!

Aubrey Anderson was very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave me a great deal of information about the microbiome and the interactions with the varied flora and fauna. We discussed what microbes were high and what were low and how we can improve that balance over time. The short time I spent on the phone with her gave me more knowledge about gut health than all my years of education and experience as an occupational therapist working in acute hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. Environments which did expose me to harmful bacteria.
This information is life changing in my journey for a healthier gut. My score of 65 wasn’t too bad but I want to move into the healthy score with the help of Flore’s products and education. I will be referring family and friends to your company to improve their gut health and change their lives as well. Thank you very much in this beginning to a life long association

Learned a lot about my microbiome and all that I can potentially do to make it better. The personalized probiotics are amazing.

I was so excited to start this subscription at the end of May 2024 but have not seen any positive results. By August 21, 2024, the company announced they were increasing their subscription prices from $79 to $99/month, and they started charging $249 for lab testing for existing members and $299 for new members every 6 months which was ALL previously included for $79 per month. I had 1 reformulation after 6 weeks, which I am currently still on, but not seeing any positive results. Now, I won't know the results of this or the previous formula as I canceled my subscription bc I refuse to pay $99/month plus $249 for lab testing. Their customer service is outsourced to some foreign country and is horrible. If you complain at all, they just offer to cancel your subscription instead of making it right. They offered free consultation with a doctor which took 3 months to schedule so I never received mine as it was scheduled for September 5. The doctor, Aubrey Anderson, emailed me asking to reschedule my appointment with her after I canceled my subscription. My sister had the exact same experience. This company is all about the bottom line and not about your health.
