Not so cool.
Be careful with this company. Their products might be ok.. possibly, but I’m not convinced that the probiotics are taylor made for each individual. They come in a small pre packaged bag, which is a one size fits all packaging platform. Beyond that, and the most alarming thing that I encountered, is when I canceled, they continued to charged me. This happened twice: once a month after and oddly enough, 6 months after I stopped. What? Yes, true story, so please be careful. Furthermore, not to be Captain Obvious, but they are storing billing information of customers no longer with them.

I also like how this test is very detailed as it gives you a breakdown of your good/bad bacteria and in what amounts. I appreciate the amount of time these scientists take to analyze your gut analysis and provide the necessary supplements to reduce the GI symptoms.

Everything started out fine. Their product really worked. The problems came when I tried to contact their customer support. After two months of trying via phone and emails I gave up trying. The straw that broke the camel's back was when my probiotics were a week late andI couldn't reach anybody for help. Watch out! There product helps, but if there are any problems at all, you're on your own.
UPDATE: 2/10/23 Customer service got back to me and offered to fix everything. Their solution was very satisfactory. I plan to stick with the company.

They really care...
Shirin is wonderful! This is my second call and both times have been a great experience. She calls on time. She answers all of my questions and asks if there is anything else I'd like to address before hanging up. When I mentioned a supplement I take that she wasn't familiar with, she looked it up. Shirin asks what is working and what isn't so my probiotic formula can be adjusted. When I am speaking to her I feel like she really cares about my health and trying to help me get better. For me all of that is an indication of genuine care for me and excellent customer service!!

Excellent Product with Science Backed Support
I have used the Flore custom probiotics for a year, and this journey has been transformative. The issues I started with are all resolved, and the advice I received about food choices that would support my progress toward a healthy gut was just as helpful as your custom probiotics.

Sent in my replacement sample for my…
Sent in my replacement sample for my daughter. The tracking said it arrived 1/22/23. I have emailed and called the number they provided through this forum. They didn't return any emails or calls. Now the website said they just received the sample today 1/26/23. This is a time sensitive sample, who is not doing there job. And now there websites states they will return phone calls between 3 to 5 days. They have a good idea and product. But there management apparently is dropping the ball on customer service and timely execution of there product. They apparently are getting to big to fast. And us the consumers are paying the price. Going to check out other options at this time. Wish they would just get it together.

By its very nature, the clinical trial had more challenging aspects of extra surveys, higher QC standards, and inclusion criteria.
