I have great experience with Shirin, the scientist who is very professional and patient in answering all the questions while reviewing with me my personal Microbiome Analyst Report. She deserves 5 Stars.
You want us to be honest, so here it is why I gave a 4 Stars review for Sun Genomics because I was a bit disappointed that my 2nd test kit did not come on time, until I inquired about it & found out that it was lost in the mail, & they have to resend it to me
I hope this will not happen again as I believe we are all anxious to know our progress after 4 months of taking the Probiotics & to be tested again & have to wait another 2 - 3 weeks to get the Report before Sun Genomics can formulate our new customized Probiotics! Thank you.

Helped to greatly reduce my child’s gut inflammation
I am so beyond thankful for this company and how their probiotics have helped my one year old recover from mold exposure that caused months of painful gut inflammation symptoms. The probiotics began significantly reducing his gut discomfort and improving his sleep within the first week. Getting to speak with the scientific liaison, Shirin, was so helpful since she was very knowledgeable and explained well how to support the beneficial microbes with specific foods and help to reduce the harmful ones.
My son has now completed two gut health tests and his score improved greatly in 4 months. He has continued to improve in his ability to tolerate more foods and has less and less digestive discomforts.
The analysis on the website portal is also very detailed about specific microbes detected and foods that support the beneficial ones.
Overall I am very satisfied with this company and am grateful for their presence in supporting my child’s healing at a time when I felt at a loss and even his pediatrician was unaware of how to help.

I paid the initial fee, skeptically...
I paid the initial fee and did the test, waiting for my results so I could cancel (because I was so sure it was a scam). I got my report at about the 30 day mark and it looked pretty good and referenced some major deficiencies. The suggested probiotics were not what I expected, so I called to cancel. They asked me if I wanted a meeting with their biologist and I said sure, still skeptical. I talked to her for 20-30 minutes the next day. Wow - she was amazing. I think her name was Shira? I got more from her about my health than I've ever gotten from any doctor. I learned about why they were prescribing my formulation of only four strains and what exactly those strains were intended to do. The cost was worth every single penny. I don't know anything about the probiotics or how they will work but my experience so far tells me that if anyone knows what probiotics I should be taking, it's definitely these people.
