Beautiful Flowers
My sister started using this company and she lives in LA. She send me a beautiful bouquet of roses in a heart shaped box, 3 years ago. I still have them. Over the past 6 months I've used Flower Box 3 times, and the recipients have all loved their flowers. Thank you, and would use again. My friend who received the flowers a few days ago, said would use this company as the flowers were so nice. 👍🏽

I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Flowers Box London, and I must say that it was an absolute disaster. The company's claim of providing exceptional service and timely deliveries turned out to be nothing but false promises.
Firstly, I paid extra for the exact date delivery, but to my utter dismay, the flowers never arrived on the specified day. It was a special occasion, and I had hoped to surprise my loved one with a beautiful bouquet, but instead, all I got was disappointment. The lack of punctuality and failure to meet the promised delivery date reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and reliability.
To make matters worse, the cake that I had specifically ordered was nowhere to be found. It seemed to have dissipated into thin air, leaving me puzzled and frustrated. Not only did I pay for a product that I never received, but the absence of any explanation or effort to rectify the situation left me deeply unsatisfied. It's unacceptable for a company to disregard customer expectations and deliver subpar service.
Flowers Box London has proven to be an awful company with a complete lack of attention to detail and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Their failure to fulfill basic expectations has left me feeling cheated and disheartened. I strongly advise against placing any orders with this company if you value your time, money, and overall experience.
Also flower what my mother had luck to receive was dead!!! Feel sorry that i can't attach a file with the picture.
In conclusion, my encounter with Flowers Box London was nothing short of a nightmare. From the failed delivery to the missing cake, it's evident that this company lacks the necessary competence and commitment to providing a satisfactory customer experience. Save yourself the trouble and seek out a reputable and reliable flower delivery service elsewhere.

You made multiple claims via PayPal regarding non-delivery and issues with the order. After careful review of the evidence we submitted, PayPal ruled against your claims. Below is an excerpt from their decision dated 08.07.2023:
“We’ve decided the case in your favour. We didn’t take any action on this case because it isn’t eligible for Buyer Protection. This case is now closed, but we still encourage you to work directly with the buyer to find a resolution. If there was a hold on this transaction, it has been removed.”
Please note that this situation could have been resolved directly between you and our company. However, you chose to escalate the matter through PayPal instead of agreeing on a solution with us. We provided all necessary claim details and evidence, and as a result, the claims were not upheld.
Additionally, it is standard procedure for us to request pictures of the flowers if a claim of damage or dissatisfaction is made. However, you have not provided us with any evidence or photos to support your claim of damaged flowers.

Flowers were great and arrived at the perfect time right at the end of their budding stage before blooming. My girlfriend was able to put them in water and watch them bloom a few hours later. They've looked great for over a week and are still beautiful today!

Spectacular flowers and great service
I ordered two bunches of white flowers, roses and lily of the valley. Both were spectacular and I have enjoyed them all week. The delivery service was excellent. Exquisite lily of the valley
I ordered the small lily of the valley with roots in a basket. I did hesitate before buying as they were expensive. I checked in with the seller using the online chat before ordering that the plants would be in flower as I especially wanted the recipient to enjoy the fragrance and she quickly responded to confirm this would be the case. I also requested next day delivery. The most beautiful arrangement arrived the following day, absolutely as described. The perfume was delightful and the flowers are exquisite and arrived in perfect condition having been very carefully packaged. Absolutely delighted, thank you so much.

Poor quality, bad packaging, rude service.
Bought a 35 stem bouqet. Got sent a 29 stem one- poorly packaged in just a wet tissue and not much outer covering- bad for the delicate tulips. I got £8back for the missing stems but that bouquet didn't achieve the look I wanted so it was a waste at £80. Also the customer service lady said I shouldn't compare it to supermarket flowers in a very condescending manner! I buy my flowers from independent stores every two weeks and so I am very confident that these were the worst quality I ever received.

Ordered valentines flowers from flower…
Ordered valentines flowers from flower box London 5 days before Valentine’s Day and paid extra postage to make sure they arrived on the 14th February before 2pm.
Received a message from the courier (DHL) saying they were delayed and won’t be delivered until the next following day (today 15th feb), got in touch with flower box to say that this is unacceptable, received an quick response apologising for this and they will look into it, however since then I have sent 2 emails so far but they are getting ignored now. Went to track the parcel today and it said delivery would be between 11:15-12:00, it is now 15:15 and still no sign of these flowers arriving, website tracking now says it ‘should’ be today??? I know the courier company is responsible for delivery but flowerbox are now ignoring my emails and not helping in any way to get to the bottom of this, surely customer relations are important for successful running of a company! Extremely disappointed in my first order from flowerbox especially as it was an expensive order, would not recommend or use this company again 😡😡
**UPDATE**
Order arrived at 7pm with an email received from flower box 3 mins after delivery saying hopefully they will be delivered as per the couriers instructions (coincidence 🤔🤔??) and they are totally distancing themselves from any responsibility and were totally unwilling to help out with this order, any future customers should beware as customer service is non existent from flower box.
