Based on those images, we carefully assessed the number of stems that appeared damaged and calculated the refund accordingly—by dividing the price paid by the total number of stems and refunding the value of the affected ones. We believe this is a fair and transparent approach.

Regarding the Lily of the Valley (Convallaria), it is indeed a delicate cut flower, typically around 15cm in length. As with all cut flowers, they arrive as stems—not as plants with bulbs. If you were expecting a potted plant or an arrangement with bulbs intact, that would fall under a different product category altogether.

We understand your local florist may have had their own view of what it “should” look like, though we do wonder—if their advice and products are more in line with your expectations, perhaps they’d be a more suitable source for your future flower needs. Our descriptions are accurate and aligned with standard practices for cut flower delivery.
