First time I have ordered from flower box. Great communication from them and extremely quick delivery. The garland is beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

Good communication and fast delivery

The flowers arrived on time however they were not fresh and didn't look like the picture on website. The petals looked dry and nearly dead. Wouldn't buy from again.

The flowers were small baby roses . For £150 o so I paid I expected full bloom roses so wow would be received.
But unfortunately I wasn’t happy . Not value for money. .
No scent
No foliage as requested as well.

In reply to your reply ( over 6 months later!!!) I did not damage the product as outlined in the review was broken into 3 piece when arrive in the actual box - have photos of such which I sent you and can post here if you like. And yes you refunded me but the service and product was still poor, exacerbated further by your reply.

I wrote a review on Flowers Box London 2 years ago on the 21st June 2023 which detailed my experience with both their product and the follow up customer service, it was not a good experience and my review reflected this. Imagine my surprise today the 28th June 2025, to receive a response from them via Trustpilot! Their response was what I would have expected to receive 2 years ago to be honest, it accepts little responsibility for my disappointment and merely suggests that as a local florist reviewed the flowers they had sent and gave me their honest and unbiased opinion, that perhaps I should use them instead of Flowers Box London in the future! Wow-what fantastic customer care! This company clearly does not like to receive anything but good reviews and challenges anything which falls short of that. To respond in such a fashion 2 years after my issue is just astonishing and I can think of no circumstance under which I would ever use or recommend this company ever.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The orchid plant I ordered has been artificially painted blue. When I opened the package, the blue color came off all over my hands. I cannot believe I spent £96 on this, only to be completely misled. This is deceptive and unethical behavior. I expected a natural, healthy plant—not one that has been spray-painted to look a certain way. It’s clear that this company lacks integrity and proper business ethics.

Outrageous delivery service! I ordered chocolates in a flower box luckily or the flowers would have been dead by now!
I emailed politely and was told it’s my fault now Flowers in a box’s preferrer choice or courier.
The worst is they have still not arrived

We received the item, but unfortunately the hatbox was already soaked when it arrived. It was meant to be an anniversary present, so it was quite disappointing, especially considering the quality wasn’t great either.

On time and gorgeous. Really well packed and arrived intact. Beautiful bridal bouquet that I will try to preserve for as long as possible.

Flowers arrived in pretty bad condition

Unfortuantley all though the flowers were beautiful within a day they had wilted and some of the ones in the middle were soggy and just not worth the £ sadly ,The basket however was lovely and customer service very good

The recipient said the flowers were lovely. Flowers and delivery are expensive and I do not expect to be asked to add a tip of between 5-20% at the payment point to show "support for the team".
