Spent over £300, Fruit Baskets not as advertised
Spent over £300 over two orders, the fruit basket shows one image and the description describes all the fruit in the basket with no mention of them filling out the basket with big LEMONS, considering there is no mention of lemons arriving in the fruit baskets I wonder if this is done deliberately to make the fruit basket look more full.... Still awaiting their response.

This people are thieves. Stay away from this company. Flowers have been delivered damaged without wrapping 2 days later. No refund has been given.

Flowers didn’t arrive
Flowers didn’t arrive - they just sent it as a parcel via Royal Mail which they obviously didn’t manage to deliver. Didn’t even attempt to contact me for delivery, just checked it as “attempted delivery” and that’s it. The only thing they offered is a redelivery in a couple of days which is an absolute joke as it’s flowers we’re talking about. Absolute disgrace with 0 support.
