I paid for same day delivery over £30 and a total of £300 on flowers for my wife for valentines day and they failed to deliver they ignored my emails all day my calls my social media messages.
Zero customer service order didnt even arrive please do not order from here.
Ps :I am in the debt collection industry and will be pursuing refund and damages and i will collect my refund.

This was a gift for my friend
This was a gift for my friend. She absolutely loved the flowers and maccroons. I saw a pic of the arrangement and it looks as good (if not better than the photo on their website)
The delivery driver was patient and kept in contact when my friend initially didn't answer the door.

Terrible customer care and broken promises
The flowers were not delivered same day as requested and the follow up customer care was terrible, resulting in us having dispute the card transaction with our card provider.

Terrible experience NEVER AGAIN
COMPLETE RIP OFF. I am sorry to report a terrible experience - my husband ordered a birthday bouquet for me of peonies and lilac for £127 - we received a measly bunch with five peonies which are fine, but of the 6 lilac stems, two were dead on arrival and the rest died after two days. The photograph of the £127 bouquet did not correspond to what we received. READ the SMALL PRINT carefully. My husband did not and we were shocked at the measly bouquet that arrived. I will certainly never again buy flowers here.

Very poor experience
Very poor experience. My order delayed and delayed. I ordered this Sunday and being promised to be delivered on Monday, however I receive a message the order will be delivered on Tuesday. Finally I even can’t receive the flower which was a birthday gift for my friend yesterday. This made me extremely embarrassed. No customer support, not answering on phone, email or whatapps. Terrible service and I won’t recommend this to others especially you want someone special for an important person.

Extremely Disappointing Service – No Response
I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Flower Box London. I have tried every possible method to reach out for a resolution – using your contact form, engaging with your chatbot, calling over 20 times, and even leaving voicemails. Despite all of this, I have received absolutely no response.
It is incredibly frustrating to feel ignored, especially when I have gone above and beyond to contact you. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am left wondering if your team cares about resolving issues at all.
I expected far better from a company with your reputation. Please improve your communication and customer support.
