I stayed loyal but can’t trust the Royal Mail and had loads of delivery problems last year so will sadly have to use another supplier in future.

Excellent delivery - on time and wreaths are amazing. Worth every penny. Personal service from the driver who gave instructions on the make and care of the Christmas wreaths - electric Flowers Box van - very professional company - I will definately buy from this 5* company again.

Good communication, sweet flowers, a bit pricy
They were able to find flowers which aren’t in season and deliver it within a week. I was looking everywhere to find these particular flowers and many florists said either they don’t sell them at all or that they aren’t in season. I messaged the company on WhatsApp and they were very understanding and helpful when updating the delivery at a regular basis. They were on the more expensive side for how big the bouquet was but I could never put a price on my best friend’s favourite flowers. Would defo recommend!

Arrived with box crushed and wet
Arrived with box crushed and wet. Many of the berries and leaves knocked out. I had to reassemble and when I sent pictures of crushed box they wanted pictures of wreath but I had spent my time putting back together. Not worth £177 paid can see florist foam had much better from Wild at Heart will go back to them next year!

Not FlowerBX. I tried this company as they have an attractive website. Their flowers are also slightly less expensive than the gold standard flower delivery service (which is overpriced) FLOWERBX.
The wreath I ordered was very different to the website photo with sparse and cheap looking ornaments. In a separate order of 50 tulips, I was more hopeful. Three days later these were nearly all gone.

Disgusting customer service
Awful customer service, can't believe the way they speak to their customers. Gutted with how the flowers arrived - rotten and mushed. But whilst trying to rectify this, as things like this can happen, the way they dealt with the situation was disgusting and borderline abusive.

Terrible Service
Terrible Service, ignored for over a week, then rudely spoken to when asked for solutions and then got a key board warrior response - tried ringing to have a human conversation about it to resolve and for them to not hide behind screens typing away - and of course no answer on either phones. I said I'd like to be a returning customer and willing to support their business their response " not to return, and they aren't interested" sums them up to be honest.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER.. please avoid
I ordered the customised letter box for my sister’s birthday which was meant for delivery on the 26th of September. We paid almost £450 for this. I specifically asked for it to be delivered on the 26th and they delivered it 1 week early. I’ve tried contacting their customer service number, their contact number on their website and WhatsApp but no one picks up / it goes straight to voicemail. I’ve tried chatting to them via their online chat but no one has replied. I’ve been trying for the past 3 days to get a refund!!!! This is the worst experience ever. Please avoid this company at all costs

I would like to give this flower shop 5 stars for making my experience with them easy, simple and smooth. They did their part of the job perfectly and on time, the only issue was the courier company. The parcel was delayed due to a DHL issue and the lovely customer service team of flowers box were there to help and support me. They were kind, responsive, respectful and they keep their word.
So I would highly recommend them and I will absolutely try again to get some nice flowers for my future occasions.
