Beautiful flowers for a great price however they were delivered by just leaving outside the door.

I would have given 5 stars if it was possible to assess the physical size of the bunch eg with ruler laid adjacent.

The Flowers were lovely and an easy process considering I was ordering from Australia. It was great to receive delivery confirmation and photo :). My MIL was over the moon with the flowers from her Australian family. They were delivered just before 4pm - I would have loved them to be delivered in the morning for her birthday however she was still very happy. I've deducted one star because I ordered the "She Is" because of the pink roses however apricot roses were delivered. I would definitely order from Flower Station again. Thank you!

I had never used this company before and stumbled across them on the internet. I needed to order flowers for someone very special. I sent an email to make sure everything was ok their end and very quickly got a reply. The flowers were delivered and the recipient was ecstatic! I will definitely use them again

Easy to order delivered on time great flowers

I attended a ceramics workshop advertised and coordinated by Flower station at their premises.
Their advertisement on their website was slightly misleading with pictures of different designs of different colours (without any disclaimers that these options are not available) and mentioning refreshmentS included. We were provided with only one refreshment which I will not be dwelling on. During the ceramics class we were shown several different designs with different colours as examples and the person running the class Lydia Callanan (a sole trader not registered anywhere) even mentioned different options for glazing and colouring she could do for our creations. There was no indication that Lydia would be glazing the creations however she feels convenient for her and that there is just one glazing option. I made it clear that I wanted my ashtray black which was ignored not only during the workshop but also throughout the whole process of her glazing our creations. What we got was one of our creations being broken while being handled by Lydia while a FS representative trying to market that defect as an effect that looks great. The ashtray in question was only glazed at the top/ half of it in a way that looks mouldy and had glaze crawling. The cigar rest was painted in a colour very close to black so I am unsure what was the issue with painting the whole thing this way. Either way for more than a month there had been going back and forth between me, FS and this sole trader- as soon as there was an attempt to hold the sole trader accountable, she refused to resolve this matter and also refused to communicate further so she stonewalled very early on. Throughout this whole time there has been long periods of radio silence from both FS and Lydia followed by vague and sometimes unrelated responses after a chasing and a reminder from my side. This also includes a slightly inappropriate and largely unprofessional behaviour from Lydia who was not only stonewalling but also being passive-aggressive, taking things out of context and making it all about her and emotions and a bit of rudeness on the phone from FS's rep Simmy. On top of that I was told I have to pay more than the class itself out of my pocket to go and fix Lydia's mess up if I wanted the ashtray the right way. Mind you, at least one of the participants/ customers was visibly wearing a sunflower lanyard so we have vulnerable people involved to whom FS and Lydia had caused significant distress with their lack of clarity and support. FS refused to support anyone of the participants in any way to fix Lydia's mess. Customer service tried to shrug it off with the excuse that they're just the hosts but as they're the ones coordinating and advertising they're also responsible. In fact, FS stopped responding once I requested that this is escalated to management.
As everyone can understand this is not about the colour of the ashtray but the lack of accountability, clear communication and duty of care especially from FS.
A business with good practices would've just taken the ceramics to a specialist to get them glazed and make sure the vulnerable person is protected. They said it would cost me £40 to get that fixed so what is £40 for such a big business with several branches? Clients shouldn't be paying out of pocket because of some trader's rogue practices and if you as a business haven't done your due diligence on which trader or business you do business with- that's in you, not your clients and certainly not the vulnerable ones! Clearly FS care about saving every penny on the short term than their reputation and long term margins.

We ordered from Australia for delivery in London on a bank holiday! Flower station staff made sure it arrived at the specified time for a special event. The photos show how beautiful the flowers were - they took pride of place in the event. Thank you so much for your care and consideration (and for the beautiful flowers)

Olive tree is fab and doing well - it's on my balcony. I hope that it lasts forever as it is from my daughter that lives is Italy and the olive harvest is approaching fast - the Estate where she lives has 80 olive trees!

The ordering and customer service was excellant. It was a great website and the flowers were beautiful and arrived in good time.
I would have given 5 stars but the roses were fully opened on delivery so I suspect they wont last long. However I would thoroughly recommend using flower station
