We ordered from Australia for delivery in London on a bank holiday! Flower station staff made sure it arrived at the specified time for a special event. The photos show how beautiful the flowers were - they took pride of place in the event. Thank you so much for your care and consideration (and for the beautiful flowers)

Olive tree is fab and doing well
Olive tree is fab and doing well - it's on my balcony. I hope that it lasts forever as it is from my daughter that lives is Italy and the olive harvest is approaching fast - the Estate where she lives has 80 olive trees!

I would have given 5 stars but the roses were fully opened on delivery so I suspect they wont last long. However I would thoroughly recommend using flower station

Great flowers and was so nice to be able to get them delivered on a bank holiday - just a shame they started to wilt after 3 days or so and fully dead by 6 days despite changing the water twice :(

Fresh and perfect condition!
I I ordered some flowers for my mum’s birthday and selected a specific delivery date. Unfortunately, I couldn’t clearly make out the date on the confirmation, so I contacted the team. They responded the very next day and confirmed everything, which was very efficient.
The flowers themselves were absolutely beautiful and arrived fresh and in perfect condition. The delivery person was also very polite and handled the flowers with great care. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend them!

The order was delivered on September 1 and it clearly states on the box to deliver on Saturday, Box was on its side and bashed about, flowers were the worst for wear after being so roughly treated. Disappointed as was for my sisters birthday and I trusted everything would be fine. My sister has sent me pictures!

Excellent customer service
Flowers were not delivered by the courier on the date requested and were left in the depot, Flower Station acted immediately and resent another bouquet to be delivered the next day and upgraded it to a deluxe bouquet for the disappointment, excellent customer service.

I am well aware that the boxes were in good condition, it was the flowers inside that were rubbis. I have photos but don’t know how to send them to you but have sent them to my daughter .
I have photos to show the poor quality of the flowers my daughter Hannah Sylvester in New Zealand paid good money for to sent me on the loss of my friend. They were four and a half hours late and ropey when I opened them the other box for my daughter was fine. I have had better quality from a supermarket. Well I ordered NEXT DAY DELIVERY but it took 3 days. They were a gift for My Wife as it was her Birthday They said that they would also put extra flowers in for the inconvenience. I appreciate the kind jester, but 2 days later the flowers were dead. I am very disappointed in this.

We would also like to clarify that our next-day delivery service is available Tuesday to Saturday and orders must be placed before the applicable cut-off time on the preceding day. Orders placed after the cut-off time need to be rescheduled with the customers' confirmation to the next available delivery date.
