FLOWNBEAUTY FAIL TO DENY SELLING DANGEROUS HAIRDRYERS
Buyer Beware: Dangerous product and refund policy trap.
My hairdryer went up in smoke after its very first use—although three months after purchase. Despite this being a clear fire hazard, Flown’s customer service repeatedly emailed me stating they refuse to replace or refund any items after 30 days, "whatever the reason." This blanket policy completely disregards consumer protection and trading laws in numerous countries.
What is even more alarming is that Flown has zero interest in investigating a dangerous manufacturing fault that could easily cause a house fire. Instead, they continue to sell these hazardous items with no regard for customer safety.
Furthermore, their return policy is a trap. Even if you want to return a product within their 30-day window, you are forced to pay for return shipping to China—regardless of where you live or purchased —which often costs more than the item itself. Once you pass that 30-day mark, you lose your money entirely.
Flown has consistently ignored my online reviews and refused to deny or clarify their policies on Trustpilot. Please read my previous posts, as well as the numerous other negative reviews here, before risking your money. I will continue to post weekly updates until Flown publicly addresses their safety standards and refund policies.

The product simply did not work for my hair type. I even had 2 other people try it and did ot work for them either! I asked to get return instructions and they sent me a user manual! It took several emails and the eventually offered me a discount to keep it. I agreed and then could not get a response from them. Sent several emails. I will be filing a dispute for this charge as their service is terrible! Do not buy this product unless you have no intentions of returning it as they want you to jump through hoops and pay for shipping back to China! 1 out of 10!

Horrible customer service
My Gobrush was shipped on 5/29/26. I still have not received the brush as of today 7/7/26. I have emailed 5 different times about this and I get a different response from customer service each time. I was told to contact the shipping company.Contacted the shipping company GOFO and they emailed and said that unfortuneatly my order has been lost and to contact Flown to discuss what my other options are. I have forwarded that email and ask for them to either send another brush or refund my money. That was on 6/28/26. On 6/29 I received an email saying that my request has been received and is b eing reviewed by their support staff. As of today 7/7/26, I have not heard a word.

Immediate response and special cancellation because of my distrust in online social media ordering. This company has given me cause to believe in companies that are truly responsible for all their customers requests. I f I could, I would definitely give Brooke an 10 for her exceptional service. She was so polite and proactive in gathering all my requests for cancellation. Brooke is excellent in the way she communicates and builds your trust that she is a real person taking your request and giving you the best of everything that you have requested. She is excellent in her work ethic as a customer service representative who CARES about her relationship with you as a person and customer. All the others that responded to my cancellation emails were very helpful, however Brooke is exceptional

After receiving part of my order, I was concerned about where the rest was. I emailed my concerns and almost immediately received a reply from Brooke Jordan that completely answered my concerns.

She also said if I wanted to cancel my order she would understand. I asked why the wall charger wasn't included with my order. I immediately received a detailed explaination from Darwin. Straight forward and respectful. I appreciate his excellent customer service. Thank you to Darwin and the entire Flown team. I look forward to using your product.

Have sent many emails asking for return label & refund with no success as they put u onto a different person every time who just ask same question again and again & again. Appears they have no intention of resolving this,

Natasha got back to you very quickly after I decided I wanted to cancel my order within the 12 hour timeframe. I definitely will be ordering from them due to the good customer service reviews and their product reviews for the pro curler I will just be getting it at a later date.
