Like many others, I wish I had read these reviews before impulse ordering from them in early December.
My item (purchased as a holiday gift) was reported shipped on 12/12/23 and still has not arrived on 1/04/24. The very sketchy tracking system indicates that my package has been 20 miles from my house since before Christmas, traveling back and forth between nearby postal hubs, just never making it to me.
Three times writing to customer service has elicited no response.
The website Refund Policy page has writing errors and is incomplete.
I hate to accuse them of being a Scam, but that's certainly what it looks like based on my experience.

I placed an order for a toy for Christmas on December 17, 2023. I should have known when they did not given any idea of shipping speed or an approximate ETA for the item. I am still waiting for it on January 3rd, and am only getting intermittent updates that my product is moving from over seas to various cities in the US at a snails pace. No reply from customer service after two emails were sent. I am not hopeful it will even arrive at this point and want a refund.

I received an ornament cracked. I emailed them 7 times and asked for a refund. No response. Very disappointing and I'll never order from them again.

I wish I should have read this before I orders because I orders something for my grand babies for Christmas and never received. And of course they already taken the payment at front. And it was orders way before the holiday.

SCAM… Do not purchase from this company. I never received anything from my order. Plus I tried to contact them through email several times and I never received a reply.. SCAMMERs

I ordered for my Grandbabies the 100 envelope savings book that Flownwing offered. Purchased 4 of them and nothing. Saved the tracking number, etc. And nothing. Scam site is not even the word I would use.

They look nice, fit true to size and are heavier than what I’m used to. Tonight is the 3rd night I’ve worn them waiting tables and I slipped and fell and twisted my ankle. Big difference in non slip vs. slip resistant.

I ordered a Christmas door decoration. I received a small calendar. There does not appear to be a customer service. I finally gave up trying to get a response to my complaint.

As previous reviewers have stated these literally lasted for two weeks. Lace holders fell apart and treads are already worn. Very disappointing for such expensive shoes.

I bought these shoes for school and they didn't even last a week! The shoes are tearing up in the black is coming off at the toes and strap. Not worth a dollar . Now she's having to wear them for this week and waiting for a new pair that I bought from stride rite. I won't buy these shoes ever again! Dream Pairs are a nightmare!

I ordered a puzzle and it was very small and basically junk. I accidentally ordered two of them and wrote to them immediately that I didn't want the second one, but they charged me for it and shipped it anyhow. Truly a scam site selling pure junk.

I didn't even open them but the size was ridiculous. The photos are of adults wearing these hats. These things would fit an American girl doll.

My 6 year old son wore these sneakers a dozen times and the sole came off.

These are super cute shoes, I love the color combos and options. However, after just a week of use the plastic part where you thread the shoelace has ripped. The shoe is otherwise intact but now we are unable to keep the shoe laces out of the way.

I get a ton of compliments on these and actually have 2 pair. They are not at all comfortable though so I sport them with some chinos or shorts for a classy relaxed look for brunch,, but I do not wear them on the golf course or when I do a lot of walking.
