Package never arrived!! Possible misdelivered or lost. Contacted the company via email to see how can we resolve this. This woman named Natalie told me to check with my family members or my neighbors. I live alone and my family lives out of town. So, to give her the benefit of the doubt, I checked. NO ONE HAS THE PACKAGE NATALIE!!! I emailed her back, now she’s ignoring emails. Buyer beware!! these packages are NOT insured and the customer service is horrible. Thank God it was only a sample.

Great product description, fair price, quick ordering process

Ordering was easy. Many pictures were included as well as many different book options.

There was a color which I wished to select, but didn't come up as one of the selections. It was the deeper darker blue purple one. I saw a video of them. I'm very curious to see what they were like.

The navigation to the site for purchase was quick & simple!

If the items that I purchased live up to the quality and detail of your crisp, clear illustration photos? Then it will be well-worth the money spent, and I will be extremely pleased!!

The two different attempts at upselling was a little bit much. And it would be nice to have a shipping estimate as well. The product looks great in the pictures, can't wait to receive it, I imagine my mom will really like it.

Perhaps I will write another review once I receive the product. It's a cute idea

I placed an order for 1 item and got charged for 2 and there is no way to cancel or contact right after order was placed

Definitely 10/10 on ease of conversion, and I’ll even give you an 11/10 for having Apple Pay haha. One thing I’d say stylistically is that your site has a lot of colors and offers cluttering up the page. Makes it a bit distracting and gives it a less authentic feel. Website is easy to navigate and there are so many interesting items. I was shopping for gifts. I just hope the product packaging and presentation...not shipping packaging...is better than my last order.

I love my ducks. This is my 3rd order. I give them to people when I’m out who are nice- cashiers, bartenders, neighbors and friends. I always have a color on mind for a person. They look at me sometimes like I’m crazy but they always smile. And that’s what we need more of.

I've been looking for a product like that I finally find one that is reasonable with in my budget. I can't wait to start using it once it arrives. Love the website
