Hi there! I had a disappointing experience this time. It was my first time with the brand and I was really excited. I ordered a pair of skates and six led wheels but the package arrived incomplete. I’m still waiting for a response from customer service. It’s been three or four days and I haven’t received any kind of reply. I won’t be buying from them again.
The waiting times were excessively long and they didn’t provide a real tracking link. For example, I requested the carrier information multiple times but ultimately they didn’t give it to me. I’m still waiting for my reimbursement.

FlyingEagle skates are amazing! Comfortable, smooth, and super fun to ride.

I’ve been using my FlyingEagle skates for a few weeks now, and they’ve exceeded all my expectations. First, the build quality is impressive and the materials feel durable, so I feel confident using them frequently without worrying about wear and tear. The wheels and bearings roll smoothly, making every ride effortless, whether I’m commuting, cruising in the park, or practicing tricks.

I absolutely loved the skates! However, the model I originally wanted wasn’t marked as sold out on the website, so I ended up waiting about a month for restock updates, and in the end, the color I wanted still wasn’t available.

That being said, the customer service team was incredibly kind and responsive. They answered all my questions quickly and were very helpful throughout the process.

I’m still waiting on my refund, but I fully trust that they will take care of it.

The skates I received are amazing — excellent quality, super comfortable, and definitely worth it.

I recently purchased the F5S+, and the entire shopping experience was excellent. The ordering process was easy, shipping was fast, and the product arrived well-packaged. Overall, this has been a truly enjoyable shopping experience, and I would gladly recommend it to my friends!

Just got my Flying Eagle skates recently and I'm loving them so far. They fit great right out of the box and didn't take much time to break in. The ride feels smooth and controlled, and the overall quality is better tan I expected. Shipping was quick too. Very happy with this purchase.

I've been skating for a while and these are easily one of the best pairs I've owned. They're smooth, stable, and very comfortable even after longer sessions. Flying Eagle really exceeded my expectations.

First time wearing these skates, and it feels like flying! The wheels glide so smoothly, turns are easy, and the speed is thrilling. My ankles feel well-supported, and the shoes are sung. My friends saw them and immediately wanted a pair too- highly recommend!

Ordered pair of skates, but they were out of stock, customer service contacted me within few days and offered an upgrade to a better ones, few emails and all sorted. Professional approach to the problem, clear communication , great guys!

Out of stock on the item I purchased. They didn’t message me about it, I had to reach out first because my order had not shipped. Offered me a replacement pair that were nothing like the skates I ordered initially. To top it all off, they left the skates in stock on their website for the next person to purchase. Probably a scam site. Pretty sure I’ll have to charge back.

I originally order a red F6S1 , but customer service reach me to informed me , that the red color was out of their stock , I requested a refund , then they offer me an upgrade to select any other on their F6S li e with no extra cost for me , I select white ones and it were shipped immediately very good customer service i’m happy

These skates glide effortlessly and feel incredible on the pavement. If they're on your mind, trust me - go for it, you won't regret it.

I originally ordered the F6S Green, but shortly after placing the order, customer service reached out and informed me that the green color was unfortunately out of stock. They kindly offered to upgrade me to the F6S Pro in Blue at no extra cost — amazing service!
