I’m a first time seller, and I felt completely taken care of by flyp. My flat was sold within a few weeks of contacting them.

At first I was debating if I should go the online agent route, but very happy I decided to go with flyp in the end. They definitely delivered.

Flyp helped me sell an ex-council house flat in a lovely area, yet quite a sad-looking state, despite my best attempts to renovate over the three years I lived there. Enter Flyp : they worked with us to design a fresh and vibrant look and feel to the house at a budget which we defined. It looked so good after we wanted to move in back in! Our experience with flyp has been truly incredible- they’ve made the process of selling our home so much easier. Alongside Robert and Chris at our estate agents, the flyp builders designed our home in a modern style that was intended to reach our target buyer. The design was beautiful and there were a dozen viewings booked the week the works finished.
They were very communicative and allowed us to feel a part of the process, without having to do any of the tricky parts, which they pulled off incredibly quickly.
We’ve had a great experience and would recommend the flyp team to anyone looking to sell a property!

I saw a Facebook ad and reached out to have them look at our property we’d been considering selling. They came to see the property the next day and provided a detailed breakdown of how to improve its appeal to buyers. Very interesting and helpful, and although we have let a family member move in for now, when it’s time to sell we will be back!

We have just purchased a home designed by flyp and the property is in great condition. Our agent was able to show us the home the same day we enquired and offered to us to stay over as a guest which was something we had never heard of before. We even liked some of the dress furnishing so much we bought it to keep!
