I have been working with Fondmart for over 2 Years.
Very reliable.
As a small business, all my products I import from Fondmart.
Before,I used Aliexpress, but Fondmart has better price, better shipping rates.

I LOVE JANE SO MUCH!! I am still very new to starting my own business and it has been very scary and intimidating but Jane been amazing in helping me navigate through it all she has gone above and beyond what I expected! She deserves the world.

This is one of those businesses where you don't want to leave a positive review because you want to keep it to yourself. They have created a really amazing space and taken an unequivocal approach to the entrepreneur's business model.

Love everything about them, they are awesome!

Its my second time buying on fondmart and i love the service! Everything is very professional and the agents too! Im now working with my sales agent Zona, and she is super nice and has been helping me a lot, even at very late times, Im very happy!

Honestly forget about replies. Just place your orders, because they do fulfill and they do deliver. I’ve been using this company for 2 years now, yes I wasn’t always satisfied with the customer service but their products are great quality and they do deliver. Place your orders and let’s make this money !!!

I love Fondmart it's an amazing app they got awesome women Clothing, when it comes to help they are great I've meet two of them Melina and Leyi they both are amazing people very helpful with anything I need. Love working with you guys.

Not gonna lie , FondMart is one of the best Dropshipping suppliers for women clothing with somewhat reasonable customer support.

But there are rooms for improvement.

1 : Products titles doesn’t make any sense ( you need to make a meaningful titles )

2 : A better Description For The products

3 : Fix your WooCommerce Rest Api Issues ( Most Out of Stock Products Doesn’t get any updates even when you update them on fondmart )

4 : If Possible Add a suggestion price like what similar clothing suppliers do.

5 : Make it easy to pay with credit cards without the need to wait for your manager to send you a payment link.

The quality of their items is terrible. I placed 2 wholesale order worth thousands of dollars. In the first order, there were threads in the dresses. They promised to improve this in the second order. The issue persisted in the second order. They claimed this is not a "quality" issue. If threads and terrible finishing were not a quality issue, then I am not sure what is. I spoke to them many times, they refused to collaborate. I asked to speak to the manager, Leyi said I am the manager. We cannot do anything for you. This is the level of service you should expect to receive if you work with them. So if you're planning to buy items that ruin your brand image and position it as a very low quality apparel, this is your go-to platform. If there is an option to upload pictures to show the terrible quality, I have a lot of these pictures.

Update: based on fondmart's reply to my rating, they asked me to send an email. I sent them an email, they never replied. They just do this on every platform to show how supportive their customer service is. Do not be fooled. Their quality is terrible. Not recommended for both retail and wholesale.

I am absolutely in love with FondMart! They have literally every style for any preference and I love that about them. I honestly wish I could buy everything all at once. They are fast when responding to messages and I am super excited and can’t wait to see what the the future holds, working with Fondmart. This company is the best website I found for wholesale and dropshipping and they are incredibly More than generous with their prices!💜💜💜

it is one of the best platforms for drop shipping, integrate it with your Shopify/woo-commerce store and start importing your products, push them to your store, set up your price, etc. and you are ready to sell.
