We have been doing business with Chinese vendors for very long now. We are so happy to work with fondmart they are the most reliable garment factory. Specially our manager Emily she is so cooperative always tries to send us the best clothes not pushing us to buy just some random stuff. Emily good work we are happy and trust you the most. So far so good. We had a few bumps on the road, but thanks to our sales rep Judy, things have been pretty smooth so far. There is definitely room for improvement in a lot of areas, but overall experience has been fine thus far. Things that I would look into improving right away would be better quality for some of the products, more attention to detail with the private label application, faster processing times and shipping and better troubleshooting with customers.

Communication is always great! Cara has always been so helpful! Shipping is made quick and if an item is out of stock, Cara will notify me asap and help me with alternatives wether it is a refund or select another item. Cara has kept me up to date with catalogues. I have not had any issue's I genuinely like their quality of clothing then 'the rest'.

Cara is an extremely excellent vendor. she made sure everything I needed was precise. She also stayed in contact which I absolutely admired.I highly recommend the service,thank you kindly !!

The best dropshipping company to use if you're looking for inexpensive products, great quality and free subscription. I've used some companies that have you manually download their pictures and descriptions which would take a lot of my time! Also it was so difficult to keep track of inventory because you would have to rely on them to notify you when a product is sold out or no longer available. I've lost a lot of time and had to refund a lot of my customers back.

Fondmart uses a system where you can click on the product to import it to your website. You will still need to make minor changes but it takes little to no time and all of the photos and prices are also available.

Never, who is one of the agents there is a gem. She is amazing at always checking up on my business and making sure that it's doing well. I bombard her with messages sometimes but she has always been there from the start.

Fondmart has a great team. The only thing I would ask of them to consider is adding the material information of the items accurately and to look into faster shipping as a lot of companies are offering now.

Other than that, if you're looking for great quality products and amazing customer service, Fondmart is amazing.

I have placed my first order and am still waiting for it to arrive. However my experience so far has been amazing.

The website is user friendly and seamless. A large variety of clothing all in one spot, it has saved me a lot of time and money.

But my main reason for giving 5 stars is the communication. From the time I registered they were amazing with making contact on several social media platforms. I have questions answered almost immediately, otherwise within the day. It mostly depends on how late it is when i send the message.

Until i receive my first order and can confirm that there was anything wrong with the quality or not, I have been more than happy with this site.

They are very attentive when it comes to buying clothing. I had a sales special ring me up right away after buying. I will buy again in the near future.

Love the selection of clothing available, staff are great and support fantastic. Best App/suppliers I added to my store. Highly recommend. Totally 5 star all around.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! I made an order from them for my online store. Asked them to stitch the labels. The way the labels were stitched were so bad and damaged the clothing. When I told them and send all the photos and videos of their bad work they said to me there is no quality issue and they can't make a refund. All the bikinis where damaged and they just don't care. THEY DON'T RESPECT CUSTOMERS and simply don't care if you are not pleased with the order. What a mistake ordering from them. They are all acting nice but when you have a problem they DONT CARE! do your research good before ordering from someone like them.
