I love Fondmart
I love Fondmart. Alice is super helpful. However, my only problem is the products here are same with Shein which is make my customer comparing to it. Even Fondmart is cheap the shipping took long and costly if you doesn't pay for express shipping it will take 20-25 days depend on the location. While Shein is cheap also and have points were you can have big discounts on the final price when you checkout plus the shipping is very fast. Anyway, thanks Fondmart!

Update!! Items still not received.
Today is June 26, 2021, my customers placed orders on June 4, 2021. Fondmart stated that they shipped my customers items on June 15,2021. I paid extra to have it shipped via USPS, which the agent told me was the fastest. To date, my customers have received NOTHING.
Fondmart told me that their system shows that the packages have been "delivered", but the "tracking number" provided says it's still in transit.
SELLER BEWARE. Extremely bad for business, and all they do is provide EXCUSE after EXCUSE after EXCUSE.

And we know exactly how it might affect your business. Regarding the shipping status issue, our system automatically fetches the shipping info from couriers. The order shows “delivered” in our system was indeed delivered on June 19 to the parcel locker. We are deeply sorry that the rest 2 parcels were delayed due to logistics issues. There will be varied situations especially under pandemic period that may cause delay in the international shipping process. We sincerely hope that all of our valued customers can appreciate and understand that it is out of our control when the package's dispatched from our warehouse. But yes, from our end, we have the responsibility to provide customers with better products and service, and we've kept doing so. Sincerely sorry again for all the inconvience caused.

Fast shipping, professional and excellent customer service
I switched from aliexpress supplier to fondmart few months ago for my clothing website.
I am very happy about their service, professionalism and customer service. They group orders and send them fast, offer custom labeling, and renew their catalog very often.
Also I have been assigned a private service manager who answer all my questions on whatsapp very fast. I even had special requests and their development team could adapt fondmart to my store specific needs.
Overall I am very happy.

Customer service is the best
