Located in Auckland's Viaduct, our NZQA New Zealand Government accredited qualifications offer practical hands-on cooking and hospitality-tourism focused certificates, taught by a team of chefs, restaurant managers and wine professionals who are experts in their field and focused on the success of our students.

I had a technical issue re my audio…

I had a technical issue re my audio prior to the course. Someone rang me and helped me to get this fixed which was great. Celia was easy to follow as a teacher. The assignment was fairly straight forward but I did get a couple of wrong answers and had to reread the questions a few times to understand what was actually required. (One was about the Police involvement). So I think if English is your second language, then the assignment at times would be very difficult to do.

I enjoyed the pace of the information

I enjoyed the pace of the information, and detailed explanations. It has made me more aware of my habits in the kitchen. I did feel a lot was covered that wasn't included in the exam, however that information will be useful as well.

I had a fabulous experience.the courser helped me establish a solid foundations from which to launch my culinary journey. I particularly enjoy working with Chef Nicolas, I learnt a great deal off him. I would recommend the school to others and intend on enrolling in additional course next year.

I love how helpful and very simple of the explanation off all the steps by the beautiful team,, Im so happy that I get everything i need n understanding of more and more of very important information about food and the safety of others,, thank you team,,🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖100%

It was a great experience

It was a great experience. The instructor was fantastic—she clearly highlighted the most critical points and made sure we knew exactly what to focus on. Her guidance was extremely helpful and made a big difference when preparing for the exam. Highly recommended!
