Grate hands on experience
I really enjoyed this short cooking and baking course. The instructors were friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly. I learned new cooking and baking skills in a fun, hands-on environment. The course was well organized, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their cooking or baking, whether they're a beginner or just looking to learn something new. The delivery was professional and the pace was well-managed, allowing enough time to fully understand each section before moving on. I left the training feeling confident in my knowledge of New Zealand’s food safety standards and better equipped to uphold and communicate these practices within a team.

Great time learning
Communication from the start of enrolment was great. On the course day, there was a lot of information to cover, plus a lot of people in attendance, but that day and the test day went smoothly. Even though a busy time, Celia made it a relaxed atmosphere and shared many fun/interesting industry anecdotes.
