My son ordered a takeaway and a mistake on his part ordered to the wrong yummies that was based in England not wales. Called restaurant to cancel and was told that the boss was not there to issue refund and would be back in 30 mins. Called back order showed food cooking. She stated that it was not cooking and he was still not back. The food ordered was not something that was specially cooked. It was two mixed kebabs already cooked anyway and chips. I called back later and lady stated they was busy and call back in hour then a man shouted over phone that i was not having refund as food been cooked and hung up. This was a lie. I contacted foodhub who contacted them. They refused a refund and I was told I could have a £10 food voucher which I refused. I will contact my bank as this is fraud and never order through foodhub again who was no help.

We did offer a £10 Foodhub voucher as an alternative, and if you would like to accept this, please reach back out to us. If placing an order in future, we recommend entering the correct postcode into the Foodhub platform before ordering to help ensure the order is placed with the intended restaurant.

This is the only place I’ll order…
This is the only place I’ll order Chicken Kebabs from. They’re done on a flamed grill for an authentic barbecue feel. I’ve tried all of them and not had a bad word to say. There’s loads of meat, very good value. Salad is always fresh.

The food is great but ETA shown times two is the real ETA
The food is great. Nothing to complain there. Only that the ETA shown on Foodhub (not any outlet in particular but as a whole) is always an underestimate. Double the ETA in your mind and that is more accurate in reality. I am not commenting this as a bad review, just trying to orient your expectation towards more appropriate direction. However, it is worth the wait. So do not be discouraged. The value for money is still great.

Ordered through foodhub and the payment…
Ordered through foodhub and the payment was taken twice, contacted customer services who basically told me there is nothing they can do and to contact my bank even though it was their mistake. Because the payment was taken twice i couldn't pay one of my bills and was forced to borrow money as foodhub offered no help or refund. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Easy to use and pay for delivery
Easy to use and pay with the option to tip if you want to. The delivery times are accurate, I would use food hub again when I am not available to collect from the shop, it’s very convenient.
