Buying our footstool through Footstool & More was a great experience. The choice of model, fabric etc was so simple and efficient. My footstool was delivered by Tony who was very friendly and efficient. The footstool is beautifully made and is better than I expected. Very easy company to deal with. I would highly recommend them. I chose a lime wash oak frame and nubuck leather buttoned top… it smells lovely and looks splendid!

Hi Wendy I'm sorry to hear you weren't fully satisfied! There is around 17cm of foam on top of the stool, so might take a few weeks to soften a little as it was only delivered 2 weeks ago.
Our image and description doesn't show or mention the stool being soft. All our footstools are made to order so can be made softer or firmer on request. If you are struggling with it, just get in touch and I'm sure we can help!

Beautiful footstool, great quality and design. I used my own material and all of the communication with Footstools and More was prompt and clear. Timelines were kept to and it was delivered on time. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Outstanding
Before placing my order I asked quite a few questions via email and over the phone, and both Mark and Jen were really helpful and generous with their time. I requested a lot of fabric samples until I got what I was after, and they were patient.
I needed to make minor customisations from the standard offering and none of that was an issue.
The circular storage ottoman arrived last week and it is fantastic. The fabric, upholstery and build quality are all excellent and I am very grateful for the work that has gone into making it.
I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again. 10/10.
