The company responded to questions helpfully and promptly. I chose to use my own fabric which needed fire retardant treatment and they kept me informed re progress through this and the manufacturing process .

The stool is well crafted and exceeded my expectations in appearance, quality and comfort.

Two bespoke footstools with storage ordered and paid for by phone with card. Excellent communication with Mark. Arrived in approximately four weeks. Delighted with them, seem very well made and just what I wanted.

I personally would have liked a bit more of an update on delivery etc it said 2 to 4 weeks , I think it was 4-5 in the end which was absolutely fine but I would’ve liked a bit more of an update along the way. Definitely not a complaint as I can’t fault anything more a constructive criticism.

I ordered a bespoke footstool which I received yesterday. First, it is perfect in size, colour, construction and quality. Thank you - I am delighted with the end result. Second a very big thank you to your courier Tony who was excellent, firstly by keeping me updated on his arrival and second going above and beyond helping me get the footstool upstairs and into the lounge. A first class service all round and I am more than happy to recommend Footstools and More to anyone who wants a quality product and experience.

I had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. I reached out with a bespoke design request, and they were incredibly responsive—answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. They were accommodating throughout the entire process, making sure every detail was just right.

As with anything custom-made, there's always a bit of nervousness while waiting for the final product. But when the ottoman arrived, I was absolutely blown away.
