Love the crocs I received from them.

I never got the crocs that I ordered! And Footwearmerch is blaming post office and post office is blaming Footwearmerch. Doesn’t matter - I never got my order

Terrible quality looks nothing like what they show in the picture very cheap product at a ridiculously high price. Do not buy from this company unless you want to throw away money.

The sandals are a very cheap version of crocs, and are very uncomfortable. They were worn for almost 20 minutes, and could not be tolerated.

We ordered the savanna banana Crocs For our kiddo. They came as expected in the picture. He absolutely loves them. Shipping also wasn't bad, and they definitely did communicate timeline.

I contacted the company to find out where my package was at, they claimed it had been delivered and that I should check my security cameras. I saw no package being delivered and the shipping address was correct. Total scam company.

AWFUL, just AWFUL! They tell you to measure the size of the foot. I did and ordered size recommended. Arrived 2 weeks after what was said. The size is 2 sizes too small. I requested a refund (based on their website it had to be done with in 30 days of arrival date. After SEVERAL emails, they are now telling me they are not refundable. What a garbage company. Do not trust them and I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered.

Las Vegas Raiders NFL crocs are being advertised as being rhinestones and glittery. they arrived as flat gray with dark grey flecks. absolutely no sparkle!!! the raider logos are off centered. And they have a strong smell of gasoline! COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!

Responsed by saying they have their own store sizing and that it is "not natural" to post their sizing chart if not necessary. Really? You sell shoes. You order shoes according to standard sizes. Theirs are way different. Do not order. It will be wrong and no exchanges or refunds.

I wish I could write this zero I spent a lot of money on a child size 12 US and got a size 9.5 US. I have no idea why they could mess this up and why there’s no way to get in touch with them. I had no idea that they were not legit And it’s not a real company it’s a scam beware

Sent the wrong size footwear. Refused to exchange it.

Shoes came the next day, fit perfect and very comfortable! First time wearing Skechers, and I am very pleased.

Company will not refund or exchange crocs for smaller size. I spent $42+ and only received $13,54refund. They argued with me and will not give me my money back. I will NEVER purchase anything from company and may be taking legal action, so there don't experience the same treatment.

Everything went wrong! Do NOT order from this company. They are not in the UK, but in China. Speedy shipping means over two weeks. “Crocs” were wrong size, holes were not punched and the quality is horrible. $55 later and no one can respond! Please do not buy- false advertising!!

I ordered a pair of Crocs in a US size 6. They sent me a pair in a European size 41 which is like a US size 9. They swear they are the right size and refuse to exchange them. They offered me a 25% refund which is not the solution I want. I ordered these as a gift but they are not even CLOSE to the correct size. All I can do is try to sell them on eBay, probably for a loss.

This company is a scam!!! They have very nice pictures of their merchandise but what you recieve looks nothing like the product you thought you would be getting. They say you 30 days to return the product if you are not satisfied. They will NOT do a return they want to give a replacement only. I had to put in a dispute with Paypal over this.

Purchase for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves them. The artistry work is very well done with bright vibrant colors.
