Ross was excellent at helping me get a quote and package agreed. I have struggled in the past two years to find life insurance and he was great.

James was very friendly and very knowledgeable, answering all the questions I asked in great detail and in a warm manner that made the appointment enjoyable.

I had been unsure about travel insurance with an overseas posting and contacted Debbie Bloss. She talked me through the options and answered all my questions in our first meeting so all I had to do was send over the paperwork. Very simple and much more reasonably priced than I was expecting to cover our family.

I was well informed of the possibilities that could happen and why i should have insurance to back me up, and it was explained to me to the very least details

All information presented was very clear and understandable especially coming from the common wealth. My questions were answered with ease and great suggestions and communication made.

Paula Blanch made it extremely easy and simple to understand what was available to myself being a royal marine and the various other products compared with one another there and then. She was open and honest with the questions I had and made it very fluent with pointing me in the direction of answers and choices. Paula also made it very clear of the support available post conversation too.
