Forest Garden Reviews

I purchased my shed (Beckwood 5x7 Apex no window) via Argos and it was delivered within the 2 week time frame given. A few days after purchase I received an email with a date and then a further email the day after with a time frame. Unfortunately I wasn’t home during this time slot so I called up forest gardens and spoke to a lovely woman who said this isn’t an issue and that they’re able to leave the shed in a safe place if there was one available. I left my side gate open and asked for it to be left in my back garden.

My delivery drivers were Penko and Ed. On the day of delivery I received a phone call from Penko who again was really nice, he explained that the roof panels, felt and instructions need to be taken inside as soon as possible, that they stacked the shed in the correct order so when building the parts we needed first were on the top and showing that they give attention to detail he placed the shed in an area of my garden away from where my shed base wood was, leaving that area free for me to start building my shed. Extremely nice, extremely thoughtful and a great company to deal with from start to end.

The only slight issue I had is one or 2 of the side panels were built slightly out of line with others so we had to make a slight adjustment and that we were missing the roof lats for each side of the roof, but we nipped out to a local merchants and got what we needed. I couldn’t go through the company with this as I didn’t put the shed up until 2 weeks after it was delivered so didn’t manage to check what was delivered against the checklist they sent me until 2 weeks after.

Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a shed

Everything was really clear and easy from the start. Got an estimated delivery a lot about 48hrs in advance. On the day could track where the delivery driver was. Our driver Alex Hibbert was really helpful, I thought the panels would only be left at the front of the house but he brought them through to the garden for me. Really appreciated it. Thanks Alex!

I would encourage people to buy from this company all day long. Ordering was easy. I was given the first time frame when the shed would be delivered. Early hours of the delivery day, I received a message with the hour time slot and a link to follow the driver on his route. Graham, the driver, was so polite and carried it to the garage. I had left garage door and driveway gate open. He also explained the ease of putting the shed together as he was taking the parts to the garage. It made such a difference to see a friendly face. I have quite a lot of deliveries to my home from different companies and I find I am lucky to get a grunt out of them, let alone a smile. Outstanding service from Forest Gardens from start to finish.

My experience was excellent.

Timely and clear communication throughout.
When the delivery arrived, Chris and Mark were really friendly and extremely helpful.
I would recommend.

Easy to oder. Communicated delivery date promptly. Updated on delivery time and accurate tracking on day. Both Penko and Ed were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Offloaded quickly.

Delivery of our new log store was by Keith and Christian C who placed it where it was needed around the back of the house. Very helpful and friendly.
Took a few weeks before we could assemble the store and it took two of us 50 mins to put it together. Basic tools plus a drill and impact driver. Went together perfectly, no issues with missing parts. It's now waiting for its first fill of logs and very pleased overall.

Phil S delivered my decking boards while I was out walking dogs. Arrived home just as he finished stacking them neatly by side of house, even offered to take them into back garden. All delivered with a smile.Great product at good prices and fast delivery. Would certainly use again.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately our item was slightly damaged in transit. A replacement was arranged immediately and our delivery driver Phil.S was extremely polite and courteous. Would highly recommend Forest Garden.

As far as the ordering, responding to questions and the delivery I couldn't have asked for any better service.
Satwant was really charming / efficient and arrived on time, advised me on a number of aspects regarding assembly, placing components directly into our garage in a careful way

Delivery was was brilliant, Phil.S made it look so easy to take the shed from the driveway to the back of the garden. He explained which panel fitted where and made sure the flooring was put to one side to make it easier to fit first.
Not put together yet, but will add a review once it is up.
Would definitely use forest garden again for any garden buildings.

Delivery driver, Jim Swalwell, was so pleasant and helpful . My log store has not been assembled yet but looks exactly as described and was reasonably priced compared to others I looked at.

I don't often write reviews but first class service deserves attention. Gary the delivery driver was a breath of fresh air. I tracked him in real time from the link sent via email. He arrived within time stated and right from the friendly smile on my doorstep to a full explanation of which parts were which (once he had carefully offloaded to my designated place), I can honestly say that he has restored my faith in delivery drivers!

Phil S was fantastic when he delivered my shed, super friendly and went the extra mile for me by taking the panels through a rather difficult passageway. Excellent service and the shed's quality is great!
