Forest Garden Reviews

Really good quality gate. Good price. Delivered as advised by the very personable Graham.
Thank you

It was a pleasure meeting driver Pete today delivering my shed. Pete was right on time, very helpful, efficient and friendly.
I am looking forward to having the good quality and very reasonably priced shed fitted.

Delivery on time. Brilliant customer service 👌 thank you Andy L 👌🔥 🪵

Phil S / Alex H delivered our item today on time, both very helpful and polite great many thanks.

Great quality product and on time delivery by AndyL

Easy to order and delivery was quick and easy.
Pete delivered the shed for us and did a fabulous job.
Highly recommended!

Excellent gentleman delivery was great he worked very hard and was very pleasant thank you for sending me such a nice man best delivery man lve ever had

I originally ordered an installation with the shed, but was told that there would be a delay between delivery and installation, during which time the panels shouldn't get wet. How would I ensure that?!
The panels arrived wet in any case and, despite twice saying that I would be unable to help with offload because of health issues, the driver arrived on his own (I was promised two people would arrive). Shaz the driver deserves a pay rise for carrying everything into the back garden on his own for me.
The screws supplied are dreadful quality and many heads snapped off. I bought new ones.
One of the door brackets had a bad manufacturing fault and was unusable, so I had to buy more.
The roofing felt was the worst quality I've seen and tore at the slightest pull. I had to pay £50 for a new, decent felt.
The roof board is way too thin and requires additional supports inside to avoid sagging.
Not impressed and I'm a further £95 out of pocket, having to buy replacement materials. I'm after a refund.
My advice, buy a Tiger Shed.

Spent a long time looking for a replacement shed for my allotment. Rang there sales with a few questions and the young lady knew all the answers. Very impressed. Chose a 8x6 overlap Apex shed. Was concerned about exact delivery date so that I could be at allotment gate to let them in. No problem they contacted me day before and got regular messages till they arrived. Well packed and handled across a grassed area to my allotment plot by Phil S and Christian C. Great service. Started the build today and it looks a good quality shed with easy instructions. I like the fact that each side is in 2 pieces giving me flexibility with door and window. Not finished building yet but very please so far. Couldn't have asked for a better service

Delivery was perfectly on time, the shed we ordered was great and the delivery driver, brandon lancett was very helpful and friendly.

Easy purchase. Delivery was spot on and within a few days, the delivery guys Mark and Chris were great, really helpful and accurate with our delivery. Top marks!

Jim S and Garry T were polite and friendly with our delivery. Very helpful in the placement of our delivery.
Would use Forest Garden again.

Great product, well made
Quickly delivery
Brandon lancett was lovely and helped to secure the shed down the side of the house

Darren W and James S were very friendly, efficient and helpful. They put the arch in the garage for me, gave me advice about installation and let me know that if there were any difficulties I could go onto their website where there are videos to help . Very pleased with this company and will be happy to purchase from them again.

I bought three Forest Whitby Arches from Forest. The whole process was smooth and easy. I received a email two days before the due delivery date to confirm that the delivery would be in the morning. I was not going to be at home so I phoned and gave instructions of where to leave the arches, when I returned home they were left exactly where I asked, thanks Phil.S
It was very easy to build the arches, the instructions were straightforward and all the components were present. The quality of the wood and the finished arches is first-class and they have been admired by everyone who has seen them.
I made a great choice in selecting them, they are unlike any other garden arches on the market. Thank you Forest and the entire team. I am delighted.

The item I purchased was delivered as advised by Jim Swalwell.
He carried the order and placed it where asked. He was most polite and helpful.
The item I purchased was a Planter to take a Growbag. It was easy to put together and all parts fitted well. All instructions were included as was the screws required for assembly. A quality product at a most competitive price.

What a fantastic service from Darren Hawkins today. Really nice guy (despite waking me up with a brilliant early delivery!!), professional, brought the shed to exactly where I needed it, perfect service. Thanks

Great service from Labeeb. Friendly, helpful, communicative. Superb experience. Thank you so much. I was quite stressed about the delivery to my allotment but needn’t have been. It was faultless.😁

Excellent service. Informative about the product and gave really helpful advice.
Brian Coleman delivered.
