Forest Garden Reviews

Fantastic communication via email and telephone throughout the order and delivery process. The two delivery drivers, Darren (W) and James (S) were really friendly, helpful and honest, making me aware of one damaged fence panel whilst unloading the goods. A great experience from order through to end delivery. Would highly recommend. Regards, Paul (H).

Top notch all round! Communication and tracking app were great and the two delivery guys James S and Darren W were brilliant - friendly and helpful. Wish all deliveries were like this!

Pete who came today very helpful and kind

Shaz arrived before expected and was extremely friendly and flexible. He even helped me to move a couple of bits out of the way once we had worked out the best place to store the shed. Excellent customer service and the half-built shed already looks superb!

What a fantastic company! Ease of ordering, fantastic product, delivered quickly. Big shout out to Darren Hawkins who had driven 2.5 hours to get to Leeds by 730am and was still smiling and full of a lovely personality! Need to get him switched off cherry coke with vanilla like! Thanks so much, it’s great to deal with nice people and we would not hesitate to recommend you.

The shed got to me as said and was notified via email . The delivery driver , parmjeet , was more than helpful and friendly . I havent finished putting the shed up yet as i have struggled with it due to the poor instructions . I’m basically making it up as i go along ! Iv given up on the instructions . They really are not very usefull . It would be more helpful is the contents were numbered or something as with flatpack furniture or even a video because i cant make out what is what in the instructions ! They are terrible i think and could be , and should be made better and easier .

Very impressed. Easy communication re delivery instructions and time thereof. Chris and mark unloaded and carried to convenient spot. All with big smile!

The company are very professional and delivered my shed in good order. Thanks to driver Shaz.

Gary and Darren, the two delivery drivers were exceptional. Super friendly, very helpful, explained everything and made sure that they took Care of all the parts especially as we were expecting rain. Absolutely brilliant.

The experience of Forest Garden was really good . Good price, quick delivery time and good communication. In particular you can track the driver so you know exactly when they’re gonna arrive with your delivery.

Had a garden shed delivered recently by Leo. Not only did he bring the shed round the side of the house. He carried it through to the back garden. Was no trouble at all.
Leo was very polite.

Pete, the delivery driver arrived promptly at 7.00am exactly! We had been given a 7am to 11am slot. He was very professional, friendly and helpful . He is a credit to your company. We couldn't fault the excellent service he provided. We also found the staff at Forest Garden headquarters very helpful on the phone , when working out different options for our sheds. Thank you!
