Forest Garden Reviews

Excellent service. Informative about the product and gave really helpful advice.
Brian Coleman delivered.

Good quality shed. Garry T and Paul R the delivery drivers were polite and professional.

Lovely trelllis panels, quick delivery, helpful driver. Thank you Andy W for carrying them to the garden.

Very straightforward. Shed was delivered at time they said and Phil S couldn't have been more helpful with getting the stuff through the side of the house with the bonus of a chat and a smile!
More than happy to use the company again should the need ever arise and continue using people like Phil who take the stress out of the day!

The quality of these fence panels is outstanding. Beautifully made and a strong construction. Their delivery driver Andy W was extremely helpful and polite. My wife actually ordered these panels and she is absolutely delighted with them. Well done Forest Garden, highly recommend.

Ordered a sleeper bench which was a on offer and a great price. Arrived on the day & time promised. Parmjeet the driver was friendly and helpful - also I noticed him checking the door number carefully which doesn't always happen with some other companies. The item was good quality, attractive and easy to assemble.

I bought an arbour and it was very good quality wood. I got it in the sale and the price was very competitive. Delivery was quick and easy. It was delivered by Darren W. And James S. Who let me know their arrival time and also asked where I wanted the arbour (it was flat packed) left. They put it in my location of choice and were quick, friendly and very efficient. It was a pleasure to deal with them and with Forest Garden and I would recommend them and use them again.

Labeeb dun a fantastic drop off super kinde and friendly

Just had potting shed delivered by Brandon , single handed put in garden and covered with the tarpaulin i had laid down , Very polite and efficient , he checked all parts looked ok , highly recommend delivery , will review product once assembled

I bought a 7x5 pent shed from
Forest Garden a few weeks ago. I have not put it up yet but all the panels seem to have been constructed carefully. I have bought a number of sheds from other suppliers in the past and the build quality can be bad. There was a week delay in sending the shed due to the bad weather, nobodys fault. You cannot build sheds in the rain anyway. They called and let me k kw so i was not waiting in for this. The drivers are very helpful, showed me which panels were what etc and put them where i wanted.

I received my package as scheduled. Communication was clear, and delivery was within the promised time slot. Phil Haywood was amazing who helped to get the package to place where it needed to be even after having a long drive.

Totally Unreliable Forest Garden delivery
They messaged yesterday that they would deliver a shed I had ordered between 12noon and 5pm
They confirmed today it would be delivered in that slot
5pm came and went and no shed delivered and no response to my messages sent to the number that had messaged me on
You have been warned don't buy from this company

We had a shed delivered, the delivery guys - Chris and Mark were great, they brought all the parts round to our back garden (mid terrace house) and talked us through how to set it up.
Great shed!

Our fence panels were efficiently delivered by Chris & Mark.

Initially easy to order online. I didn't pay the extra for a specific delivery date as someone would always be in. Luckily delivered on my day off. Delivery driver Brian Coleman and his buddy brought the shed right down as far as they could and saved me lots of effort. The shed itself was easy to put up myself, and only took 4 hours.
The instructions lest a bit to be desired, although there were more instructions online which would probably have helped if I wasn't so stubborn lol, despite this it was still a straightforward build. The quality seems quite good especially for the price, no broken or missing bits.
What could be improved on is the communication, bought on amazon, on the day of delivery it still said awaiting dispatch (I had looked the day before so was pleasantly surprised when it turned up). Not sure if this is an Amazon issue or Forest's, and could have caused issues if I'd have had a lie in (it arrived nice and early, 7.45, so I had the whole day to put it together). Otherwise I can't fault it.

Faulty shed collected by driver Phil H. Very helpful and friendly even in the pouring down rain.

Easy to order and received emails updating me and was able to track delivery all the way. Delivered by Brian Coleman who rung before arrival and took all the panels and posts to our garden.

It was easy from start to finish
Pete was brilliant
Overall cannot be more satisfied

Had delivery of wood shed today by Phil S and John M. They were both very friendly and helpful. Great work guys ❤️
