Forest Garden Reviews

Delivery was spot on - early in fact! Brian Coleman was our delivery driver - so simple, no fuss, very courteous.
Panels all in good shape and cleared labelled as our delivery.

Phil S delivered a shed for us. He was very friendly and efficient. Great service.

We bought a shed through B&Q and it came from this arrogant company. It's suppose to be a 25 year guarantee and a put up DIY 6'x4' shed. The instructions were appalling. They don't even supply a vital video, which would be easy for them to make, showing how this shed is suppose to be put together. But no, you have to decider the useless instruction sheets. I got most of the sides and roof panels on, while noticing a few splits showing daylight through the panels on the walls. There was also a chunk missing that expose a half inch gap. I found the missing piece that I glued on.
After trying to work out the stupid instructions for the top and window, I got to put the roofing felt on and sealed it with bituminous adhesive under the overlap flap. All nearly done I thought. The following day I woke to a wet shed walls. Not just a little leak. All over one corner area and over other areas. And no, I hadn't put the panels on wrong.
I contacted this company and asked for a refund and that they call to dismantle and remove this useless shed that wasn't fit for purpose, within the first legal 30 days. All I got back was excuses and arrogance. Then their email blocked me. Their review system refused my review too. They refused to dismantle and remove the shed, thus refusing a refund. Disgusting customer service. So, the shed is now stuck, without a door on, in our garden. My blind wife is really upset about it and said 'just leave it, I can't do with the stress of arguing with these types of companies', while she cried.
So folks, beware of buying direct from this company or, through B&Q.

Easy to place the order. No problem to change the delivery date when I could not make the scheduled time. A couple of days beforehand, the company notified me that delivery would take place in the morning, which happened as promised. Delivery driver, Phil S, was a jolly man and very helpful. What's not to like?

The delivery arrived on the specified date and time.
The driver Pete, carefully stacked the shed components in the place I asked him to

Speedy service and super friendly and helpful delivery from Graham W. Thank you

Delivery information was clear and query quickly answered with full information.
Delivery had clear live tracking and an update on day to confirm approximately time.
Pete the Delivery Driver was friendly, polite and helpful despite having to walk a little further to house due to Saturday parking!

Delivered professionally and on time, the driver Graham W was very helpful and polite.

Omg where do I start. I brought a forest shed via sheds.co.uk. The door bows and doesn't sit flush. Rain comes through the panelling, gaps, battens. Neither Forest nor sheds.co uk have been helpful. Endless photos, endless emails. Passed from one to the other. Outcome fix it myself and tough!

Very efficient, arrived on time.
The driver Graham was really helpful.
We have another order coming soon with that company, let's hope that the experience will be the same.

Delivered within specified timeframe by Phil.S and goods carried to convenient place. Polite, friendly and efficient.

We ordered a 10 x 8 shiplap shed. Wish we never did. The windows are cheap plastic and do not fit. The shiplap doesn't even lap, you could put your hands through the slats. It is very thin shiplap and so when it rains it all comes flooding in. I wish we had spent the £200 extra and purchased from a better company.

utterly pointless shed, it doesn't keep anything dry, do not buy!!!

Alex Hibbert delivered really great service delivering our items!! We were very impressed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service – Thank You, Jim!

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Jim, who delivered a new Forest shed to my elderly, disabled parents today.

From start to finish, Jim was absolutely fantastic. He was polite, courteous, friendly and more than happy to stop for a chat, which was really appreciated.

The weather was absolutely appalling, with heavy rain, but this didn't faze Jim at all. Despite the conditions, he took his time to carefully and respectfully stack all the shed components inside the garage, ensuring everything was safe, secure and kept dry.

Access to my parents' bungalow isn't the easiest, with a narrow driveway and a very tight turning circle, but Jim navigated it all with great care and consideration.

It's lovely to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers and their property with genuine respect, particularly when dealing with elderly and vulnerable people.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Jim is a real credit to Forest, and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend him. Thank you again, Jim, for going the extra mile, especially in such dreadful weather!

Competitive prices and very easy to use website with a wide range of options. Delivery was prompt and arranged for a date to suit us. Delivery men, Chris and Mark, were extremely helpful, carrying all parts of the shed to the place in the garden where it is to be situated. They checked details to ensure we were happy with the delivery and were courteous and cheerful throughout. Very satisfied.

Tracking delivery was very good. Arrived in time scale given. Driver Garry T was pleasant and courteous and placed shed where I wanted it to go even in the pouring rain.
Customer service very good and dealt with my concerns straight away
First class would recommend

I haven't put up the cabin as of yet, but everything looks good so far. Chris and Mark were extremely helpful when delivery, Chris even gave me some tips on putting up the cabin, helped me feel confident everything was there and also the process if I was unhappy with anything at when building it. 5/5, great service.

Wanted a cheap bike shed for the garden. Order came quickly and was was traceable for delivery which was helpful. Delivery driver Andy J was very nice. Only reason for 4* is a small split in one of the doors in a place where it doesn't cause an issue.

Ordered and had delivered a top quality Large Pent Log Store. It was so good with excellent service and delivery that ordered a second one. Delivered by Jim S - very polite and helpful and who has more than happy to carry the weighty package from his van into our back garden. Highly recommend this company and its people.
