We had our delivery this morning - a very large shed, offered to help but Alex Hibbert wouldn't have any of it! Lovely guy, really helpful - went above and beyond with explaining and safety. Couldnt have asked for better, and quick. 10/10

On time, great and polite service from Satwant and product as specified

We received delivery of our Forest Garden shed today, the delivery time slot was well communicated in advance via email.
On the day of delivery another email was sent with an estimated time slot and we were able to track the delivery live.
Gary T was our driver, he was friendly, polite, professional. helpful and was more than happy to help get the shed to where we wanted it located.
We would order from Forest Gardens again and would highly recommend them to others.

Delivery of my shed last Monday was excellent the driver Phil Haywood arrived on time and worked very well to place the shed where required

Thank you
Shed still not up yet

Excellent service delivery today. Driver's name Andy J

I ordered a shed through B&Q and it was delivered by Forest Garden, their communication from order through to despatch, to allocating a delivery day, delivery time slot even to tracking the driver was exemplary. Quick to speak to someone over the phone which now adays is impossible. I haven't put the shed up yet that's this weekend's job but it is modular and looks like good quality. Thumbs up to Jim the delivery driver for his communication and just general great customer service!

From order to delivery we were kept informed of every step. Delivery was on time and Andy L the delivery guy was polite, pleasant and helpful even though it was torrential rain and still had time for a conversation. Product was exactly as described and came with instructions for assembly. I would recommend this company

Very good customer service keeping delivery updates. Exceptionally good service on delivery by Penko and Ed the drivers. very accomodating and polite.

Shed delivered today by Shaz. No problem putting it into the garage to keep dry waiting for the dry day outside to assemble. Very helpful and polite.

Arrived at 8am by Phil S..lovely, friendly driver and super happy that he was able to move the items straight into the back garden.
Excellent service and would definitely recommend Forest Garden!

Great order follow through after placing order at B&Q. Penko and Ed came right on time in the said 2 hour window. Very friendly chaps and took good care of the parts for the 8x6 shed. Carried them all the way from driveway to my garden and put them exactly where I wanted. Granted I haven’t put the shed together so I cannot comment on how well the shed fits together or looks, but so far so good!

I was very pleased with your delivery men today. They were both very obliging and helpful, helping us to take the shed around to the back access to the garden. As my friend and I are both pensioners we would have found this very difficult by ourselves. Please commend Penko & Ed for their trouble and thoughtfulness.

Very easy to order ,delivery was within 1 hour on the day they delivered,The driver carried them in and asked where do you want me tp stack them,1st class service from the begining of the order, and the driver Phil.s gets a 10 from me ,would deffo use forest garden .co .uk again

We ordered a 3' x 4' shed with window.

The shed arrived today, ahead of schedule and was very well made with good timber. We are very pleased with the quality.

Graham W, the delivery driver, was friendly and curteous and asked where we wanted it put. He carried the shed safely down the side of the house into the back garden for us with great care and respect.

I would most definitely recommend this company and would use them again for other garden products.

Kept informed all the way through the buying process. Had a 4 hour delivery window and on the morning of delivery received an email with a 2 hour delivery slot and tracking information. Graham the delivery driver rang when he was 20 minutes away. He put the panels exactly where i needed them. Amazing service from Graham. I would recommend 🙏🏼

Delivery arrived within the times given. Was able to keep a track on the delivery so knew when it was getting close.
The driver, Paul Haywood, was excellent. Delivered all the components into my garden and placed them all where requested. Everything left tidy afterwards.
Hopefully it will stop raining so I can put the shed up!

No waiting around very helpful driver perfect delivery
The driver was Darren Hawkins and I wish all deliveries were as smooth as this
