the overall experience was quick and easy and all round great service.

excellent delivery times and very chatty helpful driver called Shaz

My driver was excellent courteous. Delivered with care thanks pete.

I have to say the delivery process was very professional and Pete who delivered the shed was absolutely brilliant, he is a real asset to the company.
Well Done Pete.

My second purchase from Forest Garden and the second time I have been exceptionally pleased. I do not give 5 stars easily, and I am happy to criticise when I think it is due but Forest Garden have come up trumps both times.
An excellent product, delivered in good time, in good condition and by an exceptionally po;ite and helpful driver/ Delivery service. Darren Hawkins was exceptional as was the driver last time. Friendly and helpful. The sort of representative that you want working for your business.
I these days of internet sales the delivery driver is perhaps the only person in your business who the customer comes in contact with.
I am pleased to say both of your's have been brilliant and do your business proud. Thank you.

John did an excellent delivery and extremely helpful

Good delivery experience, Garry and Jim got it all off and neatly stacked in the garden in good time, explained what was what and how to store it all and what to do if anything wasn't up to snuff.

Good experience so far, just need to wait for a dry spell to assemble it. Initial impressions are that it looks good for the money paid and should suit my needs perfectly.

Very happy with this company.
Communication was great and answered any queries promptly.
Shed is just what i wanted.

Graham W was the delivery driver very polite and helpful and prompt very nice man.

Jim and Garry have just delivered my shed in the pouring rain. They were very helpful and efficient, giving me good suggestions about how to store it until it is ready for erection. All with smiles on their faces!

We ordered a garden shed which was delivered on 25th June was told installation would be in a couple of weeks. July came and went so contacted them as we had no communication. They had forgotten to book the installation in the earliest they could do was 18th August , they came to do it and where it had been left in the garden all the wood was warped so had to rebook for new parts and a new installation date . This was done a couple of weeks later but the door didn’t fit , so this had to be changed again no communication as we went through travis Perkins they got in contact with them for us and a new door was sent out and the guy came and replaced it on the 14th October , the old one is in the garden as he said this is the collections team job . Not been in contact no compensation . The fitters they use are very nice but come from so far away like Gloucester , we are in Poole . Their communication is non existent i would not recommend or use again .

Brandon Lancett was extremely kind and thoughtful. We had a early drop off and he did everything to try and not wake my children up.
Probably the most polite and helpful delivery driver I've ever had. Thank you

Had my order dropped off by penko and ed. Top blokes and a quality product

Had a 6x4 Apex shed delivered today which I ordered from Amazon. Forest delivered the shed themselves, which I found really good. The delivery driver Darren Hawkins was very helpful, he took the shed into the back garden for me. Really easy to erect and all items were included. Highly recommended retailer.

Ordering our product was so easy and 4 simple clicks and we were away.
Delivery by Penko &Ed was super very friendly and on time.

My delivery today was by PERKO and ED . I'M disabled and the two deliveryman brought the post's into the back garden for me. that are so friendly polite I couldn't of asked for the most experienced and professional service with friendly polite young people. Thank you for that excellent service from them.

Had my shed delivered on Saturday 17.10.2026 by Chris and Mark. Delivery was very quick from ordering. They were very helpful and took all the parts into my garden and stored them where requested. Their knowledge was second to none, and their instructions clear and very easy to understand. Both chaps a credit to your company. Once I have built the shed in the next couple of weeks, I’ll give a review of it separately.

Andy J was efficient polite and friendly, can't fault him or the Company
