Foreverwickcandle Reviews

The fast response from the support team helped me give 5 stars.
Although my order seems to be taking a long time the swift response and explanation put me at ease.

I don’t usually do this for companies so this means a lot! I am so happy for what they provide, product excellent customer service and support! Not only is their product top notch, creative and certainly worth while, their support with any questions is responded to immediately and kindly. I give this company and their team a 10/10 for product reliability and support and would refer them to any and everyone I meet for cool gift ideas. Great job guys !!!

Forever wick has the best customer service! They responded to my inquiry fast and was very friendly! I will be recommending Forever wick to all my friends and family! Thank you guys for all you do!

The candles burn clean, lovely non overpowering scent. And then....you find a genuine diamond. That is exciting ! Best candle I have ever had. Makes perfect gifts for many occasions.

Amazing customer service (looking at you Marry). Quick responses my emails, and very kind.

Amazing. At first I’m sitting there waiting for the delivery. I was not aware I had a email. Checked that emailed back and the customer service was astounding! Thank you again!

Terrible customer service. They use very poor packaging and my candle arrived broken. I sent pictures and asked for a replacement and they wanted me to pay again. I will never use this company again.

Bought from them in the past. Placed another order with them for multiple candles 2 and half weeks prior to valentines days thinking that their website says shipping typically takes 4-8 days. So I figured it would take 48-72 hours to ship out. Received shipping notification 5 days later. Thought great it will still be enough time to get here within time I needed it. 10 days later of checking tracking for it to be in pre-shipment and not received by USPS. With it not being shipped out in time to reach me when needed I decided I would just cancel the order. Only way to contact them is through a link on the website. Sent it that way to get a generic response that it can't be canceled as it had already "shipped". Yet still showing pre-shipment and USPS had not received the package. After 4 emails back and forth trying to get them to cancel the order prior to it actually shipping they again tell me it had already shipped but I can refuse the package upon delivery and then get a refund minus shipping both ways once they receive back. Then magically 3 days after I first requested the refund USPS receives the package it's on the way and won't get here within time frame needed. Terrible shipping practices and even worse customer service. I won't buy anything from them again and highly suggest no one else either.

Customer support was super quick and helpful in their response to my issue! They were beyond friendly which is surprising in this day and age. Although my issue was out of their hands, the friendliness and quick response was awesome! Thanks again!

Though I haven’t gotten my package yet, given the fact I had just ordered, it was really easy to navigate the website and had no trouble whatsoever. I’ll also say that they were also very fast to communicate with me to make sure that I gave my shipping address because I forgot to put it in. I can not wait to get my product!!!! And thank you for being fast to communicate!!

Awesome asf 😎👍
Great communication and eazy to deal with had registered that I hadn't completed my delivery details properly and helped sort it straight away..
awesome 💯💯
Cant wait to receive my items and order again 😀

No diamond. Piece of paper with QR code Which brings you to the website so you can buy something to claim your diamond

The service provided was above par and I am Thankful for it and really made me feel valued for having made the purchase from your company!

אומנם אין משלוח לישראל, שרות אדיב מענה אנושי מהיר, ממליצה בחום 💞

Customer service alone! I received an update showing winner of the pink diamond which is really nice, matches my hair color haha Anyway, I didn't know your company is in Austin, Texas where I went to high school and graduated from Reagan High. I sent a message sharing that memory and my late grandmother being in politics and cool stories which the rep enjoyed and responded to, but not missing her chance to speak about the company and product which was really professional and strategic and actually pretty cool how she worked it. I give her an A++++++++++++++++++ and she has me looking closer at these candles 🤗🩷🤗

This companies is full of shit I waited 4 weeks for a shit smelling candle with absolutely nothing in the bottom scam artists at their finest

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
