We recently ordered 13 items after my mum unexpectedly passing away. This company was amazing they contacted me right away to double check everything on my order and when there was an issue come up with the delivery of the ashes to them they were amazing in handling it and were so polite and friendly. Once we received all the jewellery back everyone of us has been so happy with what we have had. Honestly couldn't have asked for better service of products. Be proud of yourselves you're doing amazing

My large family and I have purchased several pieces of jewellery from Paula and her business, from jewellery for family ashes to beloved pets. EVERY SINGLE PIECE has been flawless and exactly what we wanted.
I was nervous about placing an order for something so sentimental so had a lot of questions. Paula was able to answer everything and went above and beyond to confirm ring sizes, pendant colours, engraving options…

Absolutely brilliant sent ashes Thursday jewellery was delivered Monday really good quality

Within a week of the order being places, I decided to place another order.
Called the lady and sent enough ashes for both orders in the first order.
Three days later I had confirmation and delivery of both items.
This is amazing service, both necklace and bracelet are beautiful and will perfect gifts.

My son saved to buy this for me after my daughter died. For the price it's so very tiny not at all shiny or bright like the ad and a very tight and cheap looking chain. I'm so disappointed but mostly for him. His face dropped when we opened it. It's obviously so emotional for us and still means a lot. Just do your homework and make sure of the size and quality. This is just resin so I will need to remove it in the water etc increasing the chance of it being stolen.

I have bought 4 items and have been absolutely amazed at how beautiful each piece has been so easy to order and received a week later.
I will happily recommend this company to people in the future.
