No communication. I won one of their giveaways, which was great because I have wanted to try their bras but wasn’t convinced they would provide enough support to be worth the money, so this was a perfect way for me to test them out. However, after I provided the necessary info, I didn’t hear back for a while. After some time, I asked for an update and they got back to me a few days later and told me my package had been delivered weeks prior and provided me with a screenshot of the tracking to confirm. The tracking showed that it had been sent to the wrong address. Not the address I provided. They clearly clicked on a similar address from the drop down menu when entering the shipping info. Same house number, different street and different post code. I messaged to inform them of their mistake and received no reply. So I sent an email through their website… no reply. Left a voicemail (since they don’t actually answer their contact number) and not surprisingly, no reply. I understand that this was a giveaway and I hadn’t purchased the bras so they probably don’t want to send a replacement, even though it was their mistake. But I am mostly frustrated by their non existent communication and would rather they just told me they don’t intend to replace. Now I know not to bother ever purchasing from them.

This is the most ill fitting fabric that I have ever had the misfortune to place on my body. The material is soft but is the only positive thing I can say for the product. The design is unbelievably not suited for a woman's body. The shoulder straps are remarkably WIDE. The cup size is immeasurably WRONG. Have to use 2 bra extenders to not be squeezed to death and straps still fall off my shoulders even after adjusting the straps. How difficult is this?

I found their customer service to be spot on. Emailed them with my fit issue (I didn't trust their size chart, which is accurate). They helped me pick style and correct size and sent it for me to try before I returned the two I had. Fir is now perfect, the best lifting, comfortable support - just like ads and influencers say. Be prepared for slower shipping - is only drawback. Return was easy. I'll continue to be a customer and highly recommend for women needing uplifting supporting comfort.

Their customer service is much to be desired. I need to return a package for exchange and they told me that there would be no charge in doing this. However, I have no idea where to go to return the package and their customer service will not answer that question. The quality of these bras are not the best, but I thought I would keep trying and take their advice on the product and sizes. I personally don't think this company is worth it.

I ordered a Harper 2.0 in 44. It was suppose to be my size, but 3" too short. I used the mismatched color bra extender they sent and still too small. The straps are too close to the shoulders and fall off all the time. The gross thick fabric gave me a rash (I do not have sensitive skin). The cups were hard, like I was wearing a Medieval bra. What a ridiculous bra. You have to pay for your returns, so just stay away. It's cheap and horrible bra.

Used my bra for a few weeks and it’s already torn. Very bad quality not recommend at all!

If I could give a zero I would. I never received my order. I sent a dispute to my bank and when they investigated it it showed that it was delivered. I requested a picture of the delivery from f o r l e s t. I did receive the picture and the package was left in the road. It wasn't taken up my driveway to the front porch it was just left in the road basically. I made repeated phone calls and email requests and was denied being refunded. This company is a Chinese scam and I wish I would have looked at the reviews before getting suckered and losing my money.

I had such high hopes but I’m so disappointed in these bras. I order 4 different styles to see which style was a better fit for me. Let me just say, I’ve had more support from a swimsuit top than any of these 4 bras. I’m a DDD so mama needs SUPPORT similar to support beams under bridges. The pictures on the website picture perky, lifted boobs. Mine still hung low, spilled out, squished together - even in the one that is supposed to separate. Nobody wants to have to peel their boobs apart after a long day. Each of them has the pad inserts that slide in and out (you know, like a swim suit) which I’m sure would get all crumpled after the first wash (like a swimsuit insert). To me, pad inserts aren’t what I was expecting from a bra in this process range.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. They took forever to come! Unfortunately, I ordered 2 bras from Forlest. The ones I ordered said they separate, wrong... My breast are very squished together. One of them, my breasts literally fall out. Instead of paying for the shipping to send them back I am going to try to alter it myself. They aren't as comfortable as stated either. I will never order from Forlest again.....

The bras don't provide the support as advertised. They lack side support.

Return policy is terrible. You pay for return shipment. Package delivered to distribution center in two day, however, two weeks later still not received but telling me the bras arrived stained.

I believe this is a scam company. I bought 2 bras for over $75. The bras were awful. They were shoddy, and did not live up to the promises made by the Forlest Co. I contacted the Forlest Company to return the bras. They emailed me that they would not take the bras back and they would not return my money. Then moments later another email came in and said The Forlest company will give me $10 to return the two, expensive bras.The bras were only worn for me to try them on. This was a process that lasted no longer than 2 minutes.They clearly wanted to resell them as brand new at full price. I said absolutely not. So
now I’m out over $75 and the company has not responded to my last email. Please, please Do Not Buy from this Company. Their bras are awful and a return policy does not exist.

The cup size is totally incorrect causing the bra to not fit at all. When requested to return them I was told they would provide a partial return if I kept them. Their site says that it is their decision to refund 100% once you return the bras. That was a red flag for me. These are expensive but not as advertised.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Forlest. The bras are poorly made, but what's worse than that is their customer service/return policy. You have to pay to ship the item back and they try to make it impossible for you to return an item with lots of rules and requirements.

Total scam! Ordered two bras, both were defective with the padding sewn in backwards. This gives you the appearance of a mermaid with clam shells. I have sent an email to EXCHANGE! I'm not even asking for my $$ back. I received a reply, which required me to send a picture! I sent a picture...nothing! Small price to pay to learn a lesson.

China. Need I say more? I ordered 2 different kinds, the Hannah and the Chloe. The Hannah fit well, kind of a sports bra like, it will be great for gardening. It has a breathable fabric. The Chloe, I sent back the first 2 and exchanged for bigger. At first try on, looks great, fits great. I have had it on for 5 hours now and I have a uniboob and the straps keep falling down. So uncomfortable. So disappointed.

I received two bras yesterday and need to return. I have sent the company an email to get return instructions and have also called them and left a voicemail. No response from either one. I should have read the negative customer service reviews before I ordered from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

These bras have been literally life changing for me. I have struggled my whole life to find supportive comfortable bras that look good under clothes. Postpartum, I was dealing with an even bigger chest and starting to really dislike my body. Finding Forlest has allowed me to regain body confidence! I had to play with sizing and the customer support was great- I asked for recommendations based on some sizing issues I had with my order and they recommended specific bras to try that would solve my issues. I originally thought I’d be a M, then tried L, and finally landed at XL for a truly perfect fit. Persist through sizing and returns if you need to because it will be worth it. The straps are amazing, the band stays flat underneath the cups all day, the lift is good, it’s stretchy but sill holds its shape, and I love how it really shapes and smooths the sides.

I was excited to finally buy a bra that has it all! I purchased their bra and the sizing is ALL WRONG! I only tried it on with the tags still attached. I followed their return policy and sent an email to the required address on their site to get a return address. I have heard nothing back. I sent a message through Instagram and have heard nothing back. Customer service is CRAP! It has been over a week and I'm afraid I am stuck with this bra and out $60. DO NOT BUY from this company!

Sent an email as requested to get approval for a return of their bras Got a response with an address which allow me to return items bc their sizing seems to be off…bras were way too small. I will change my review and give more stars if this return process goes smoothly.

When they sell an item they say "30 day return policy, your satisfaction is our priority" but unless you go digging into their website to see the fine print, they ONLY allow returns that have not been worn at all, and that still have the tags on. How do you find out if you like the fit without wearing it?
