I finally received this bra..what a waste of money..the sizing is up shit Creek!!! I was under the impression it was Australian made ..no use sending it back costs extra ...so disgusted ..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROWD .

I bought 2 bras. They are very comfortable, but the straps constantly slide off my shoulders. Tried contacting numerous times. They do not respond.

I used a tape measure and entered all my measurements into the chart. Received 3 bras as expected but none fit properly. Lots of spillage and much too small cups. I requested help but was told that they don’t make bras to accommodate my size. I used their chart and am not large breasted. I took the tags off the bra to try it on properly so am not qualified for a refund. I would also have to pay a huge shipping fee to return from Canada. Don’t buy here.

I’ve ordered 5 bras from Forlest, 2 in 2024 and 3 recently. They have all been the most comfortable bras ever! I am a large body and large breasted woman that has worn underwire bras for years. I was very sceptical about my first purchase. I did use their size chart as each bra was sized differently. Even though the sizing was very different than usual I purchased what they suggested and they fit so well. The sides and back panels hold everything in and feel so supportive. After losing some weight I went back to order more bras. I was very surprised to receive an email the day after my order checking that I’d written my sizes correctly. Companies just don’t take the time usually for that kind of customer service! Received my bras today, two and a half weeks after my order and again I am super amazed with the bras and super confused with the negative reviews. Definitely a positive experience with a fantastic bra for me!

The bra offered no support for my large breast. I wish I could give it minus 5 stars. I had to return it on my own dime (which cost $14 and change) then you have to email them a picture of the return receipt with the tracking#. Now I received an email saying "How the band do not fit?", and they ask if I want to exchange? Are you kidding me? I just want my money back! DO NOT BUY!!!

I have been waiting a month for my bra that I ordered. They sent it out knowing that our postal system was on strike. The excuse I got was we were not expecting the strike to last .It h as been just over 1 month, still no bra .They should have sent it through a different delivery service . I am very disappointed in this process .I have been ordering their bras since 2018 ,and more then likely I will be finding a different line bra from now on .

Worst bras I’ve ever had. They offer NO support. They are, however, very comfortable and are fine for sleeping (if you are a bedtime bra wearer). And like most bras without support, these produce that dreaded uniboob that we all hate. I will never purchase from Forlest again. Huge waste of money.

Ive ordered a few bras and been happy . The band closure in the back is super wide i need to do it up in the front and spin it around . Kind of a pain . but its hard to find wireless bras that have cute details and lift . The straps are about half again as wide as regular straps no digging in . Size way up on account of coming its from China and sized differently . Ive dealt with customer service during postal strike , no problem offered me small rebate while i asked to hold till it was over .

Horrible customer service and unrealistic return policy. Too aggravating to ever do business with them again!!

One side was too small in the cup. Tried to contact them about it to send back. email doesn't work although this is what they told me to do. Said to look on Instagram but they don't answer that either. On Instagram the reviews are all positive and won't let you put one in. Finally got a phone number to call. Just a answering machine with weird computer voice. Just wasted over $60 on a bra I can't wear. Don't I repeat DON'T buy from them!!!!!

I ordered 2 bras, the shoulder straps were attached together with the tag so it was IMPOSSIBLE to try them on. Their rules state that if the label is cut the item is not returnable. I wrote a negative review on their website but it doesn't appear. I think I was scammed.

I mistakenly ordered from this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My order was placed on September 9. I've not received it yet. Today is 9/23/2024. Do your research!

Bras were too big so I inquired about an exchange….no emails or phone calls ever answered…not one response after multiple attempts. Do not waste your money on a company that doesn’t respect their customers. This company is just a scam.

Absolutely horrible, they make you do so much to return and then don't except it a refuse to return them. Huge waste of money they don't fit right or support. This company is a huge scam.

Took 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, very poor quality. I sent 2 emails and left 2 voicemails to customer service. Crickets!

Biggest joke & waste of money, ever. Took weeks to be delivered. Then, uniboob, worse than any cheap thing on the end cap at Walmart.

Used their measuring instructions. Boobs shoved to the center & falling out the top.

poor customer service. when the bra didn't fit, they offered me a 50% refund on only one of the bras I ordered, and said to keep them both. When I asked why I didn't get a refund on the second one, they never responded.

Scam. Just garbage. The materials used smell like chemicals and not something you want against your skin. Sizing is all over the place.

It took 4 weeks to receive the bras, they did not arrive in time for the trip I needed them for. I tried on after taking a shower, no deodorant on. Didn't fit, requested a return, paid $10 to return. After 4 weeks they sent me an email with a picture showing deodorant all over the bra. I don't even wear deodorant like this. It is clear they applied this in an upward motion. They said they have to dispose of the bra and cannot refund it. Absolute scam. I have filed a chargeback with my bank.
