I really wish I would have read the reviews and return policy before purchasing. I will not make this mistake again.

I ordered one bra in a size L and it was too small, so I asked to exchange for an XL. The exchange was a $20 fee and I thought that was reasonable so I paid it and got the XL. They both ended up not fitting very well, and the return window was too short to accommodate the return of the L and XL. Since they do not offer prepaid shipping labels, which is so sketchy to me since all other brands do for returns (again, I take responsibility for not reading the return policy), I have to pay $20 to send the XL back to their only return warehouse which is in New Jersey.

So all in all, about $70 down the drain. Their customer service emails are obviously answered by AI or a bot. I will never buy from Forlest again.

Horribly made- one bra doesn’t stay hooked. The other demolished in the first wash. I wrote and asked for a refund, and a let them know the bra doesn’t stay hooked. It unhooked several times while treating patients. A man wrote back and said, “you can hook it again.” 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Still get a uniboob. worst bra ever.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. The company totally misrepresents the sizing. I ordered 34g and the bras I received were nowhere near the correct size. If you are anything above a DDD is suggest you rethink your order. I even worked with the company rep. to get the biggest cup size and the bra I got was WAY TOO SMALL in the cup size. As for the fit I couldn't say because I was being squished out of the bra in all directions.

Minimal support- creates a uniboob ( meaning there is no separation between breasts) very unflattering.

Very bad customer service no response to missing bra no replacement or refund.Do not buy anything from them to spare disappointment.

Pullover Version of Hannah 2.0 Enhanced W-Support Bra is the WORST bra I have ever bought! It has NO support what-so-ever. I did measure and went with the size suggested by the site. The straps are too long and they do not adjust. The girls hang too low and spill out over the top. I do however love the high back, but the bra is unwearable, even as PJs : (

Bra sizes very inconsistent, difficult to fit. Returns difficult as well. Took several days and multiple emails to get them to respond and authorize returns. They did not provide a shipping label for the return. Hoping I actually get a refund. I don't recommend this company.

Customer satisfaction doesn’t exist. Their 15 day return policy is unrealistic. Bought two bras that totally didn’t fit due to their misleading sizing chart. Missed the 15 day deadline due to personal issues and Forlest’s response was “sorry, but we can sell you another bra for $20”. Like I would even consider doing more business with them!?!

Bought a bra / undershirt. Its way way too short and rides up. Cost $100 for 2 undershirts. Max should be priced at $20. Very poor quality fabric and design.

I placed two different/separate orders -- received them both. None of the bras worked for me -- made arrangements to return both orders. I received full return for first order that contained 2 bras. Second order of 4 bras was returned and received (I have UPS proof of delivery) but only received credit for 2 bras. None of them were worn (other than trying them on). DO NOT order from them -- they are a dishonest company and will not refund your money!!

Same as everyone else. Not for larger busts. Sizing not accurate Back and sides do not support as claimed. I was told I needed smaller cup when these are too small. Poor customer service and charging 40.00usd when you don't know if a second bra they send will fit properly. Gotta love Chinese products. I should have done my homework on who owns them.

Poor customer service basically when you buy you can’t return unless you pay for the return and by then you’ve spent even more money. A WASTE of time and money. The bras are okay nothing special.

I bought a bra and a support Cami,never spent this much on under garments.I was hoping they were as good as they claim, but were not! Both flattened my breasts and I would find myself falling out the bottom, every time I would raise my arms!These are terrible!Dont recommend!Not bothering to send back, they don’t give refunds,just exchange, WHO want to exchange for another ad bra??????Dont buy! You will be greatly disappointed.

Dahlia style, poorly designed. NOT for, women with weight on your back. NOT for women if larger than D cup. Absolutely
no support on sides. Poorly designed straps that turn & gather when trying to get it on. I am short waisted, band rolled just trying it on. Sizing is horrible. 34DD is not medium! Large may be close to a 32-34DD but no bigger. Dahlia has a V neck and you fall out the front trying to fit everything into the cup. After ordering, because of the effective social media influencer adds, I found these reviews. Only the large fit, but I will still have to redesign the traps. The medium was 27$ I am not even attempting to do a return. Shipping from China is ridiculous.

Ok so I bought my bras before coming on here and this website really had me scared, but honestly I am not sure what everyone is complaining about...It did take a WHILE to get them (but we are all a little too used to Amazon same-day delivery).

I got 4 bras and have been able to wear each one for a full day now, including biking (up a steep hill for work), power yoga and moving a bunch of boxes. (I wouldn't run a 5-10k in them, I still need compression bras for that). They are quite possibly the best bras I have ever bought. They aren't perfect but I am VERY satisfied with the lift, hold and shape. (I am also a 32 DD so I might not have it as bad as some, for me it was more about a bra that would fit the smaller frame AND the larger girlies, I couldn't say if it works for women of larger cup sizes). There is a little bit of curling in 2 of the bra bands at the ribcage but it's not uncomfortable, and they still look great (I don't feel exposed running around shirtless doing the gardening on my back balcony). Anyways that's my 2 cents, take it or leave it, but it was well worth the money for me.

Ordered five bras on 4/24, using the size guide provided for each distinct bras. The next day, I received an email from customer service requesting my measurements to ensure proper fit. In addition, I provided my traditional bra size. The rep made some changes to the sizes ordered, again to ensure a proper fit. On 5/10, the bras were delivered. Only one fits and but provides no support. Although the band fits, the cups are all the equivalent of a C cup and much too small. Nope, I've learned my lesson and will stick to TrueKind, moving forward.

RUN if older with large breasts!
The bras have absolutely no side support and are completely useless to larger older breasted women. I am furious with myself that I did not read reviews before ordering. How discusting that this company do not accept returns (only exchanges - and can only mail back to US) - misleading ads are being paid by people like me. SHAME ON YOU!

Terrible, I wish I had done my research first.
Exchanging or returning is a complete nightmare. The bra is inferior and doesnt support at all. I would have give 0 stars if it was available. The return and/or exchange policy listed is misleading.
Run! SCAM!

The first bra I ordered from Forlest was one that was suggested by their customer service (Casey C) according to the measurements I gave them. It was way too small. Casey and I went back and forth trying to figure out the correct size for me and they suggested another bra. I just received that bra and it is perfect in every way. It fits perfectly, it is so comfortable and it looks as good as it feels. It just wraps around my body and keeps me snug all day. No poking, no riding up, no bunching. Perfect. I am looking for another style to order next,
