The bra wasn't just a little small, it wasn't even remotely close. The return policy is horrible: 50% and you pay for shipping (both ways) or keep the bra and pay another $20 for another bra (I sincerely doubt this includes shipping on the new bra too). So, to return the $50 (plus tax and shipping =$60) bra, I will spend another $8-$10 in shipping, all to get $25 back. Any reputable company knows fitting via the Internet is problematic and has appropriate return policies. This was a ripoff.

Very poorly designed based upon fabric quality and coverage. Not for plus size women and doesn’t hold up breast. Still waiting on my refund and they asking me for tracking info after I did f/u and it’s been delivered and signed for by them 🤷🏽‍♀️ Not worth buying and the shipping costs to return.

Fabric like rubber, rolls up, does nothing as far as support. Took tag off, because you can't tell if something is comfortable with a tag on it. So they won't let me return them. Some guarantee.
So I have two useless rubber bras packed in pretty little bags with a cheap "free gift", and less money. I should have known better.

After two weeks, I have recieved my two new bras. While the white one is a little big with the band, the orange one fits like a glove. I mean, I must have measured and remeasured, and watched youtube videos one the company before I purchased. So, I was really worried about buying them. But this is only day one, so cross your fingers

Like several others have stated size chart is INCORRECT which results in wrong size/too small bras for us with 'big girls'.
Due to this I went thru the process for a return/refund. I was fine with paying for the shipping because I thought I would get my $80+ back. UPS said the package was delivered about two weeks ago, but still no notice of returned funds. I am currently going back and forth via email to rectify the issue (with screenshots for proof).
Overall bad business practice........ Never again!!!!!!!!!!!

I followed the chart, did the measurements correctly and placed my order. The bra was WAY WAY too small but it was going to cost me $38 to ship it back.
Unbelievable. I’m so disappointed.

The bra is very good looking, comfortable and feels very nice. If you have large breast, they will bolt right out after a little while. Forget about exercising in them it becomes extremely embarrassing when you walk in the boobs pop right out.

I purchased two bras and a laundry bag. I bought the bras based on their size chart and neither fit right. You have to email them to request a return. I was asked for my measurements which I gave and was told they don’t make my size, yet my measurements were on their size chart. I was given permission to return them. I had to pay shipping to send everything back even though their size chart was wrong. A month passed with no refund and no communication. I emailed again and got a rude response but a few days later got a notice of a refund from them. Except the refund didn’t include the laundry bag which hadn’t even been removed from the packaging. When I asked why I didn’t get a full refund I was told that I was given permission to only return the bras and that the warehouse destroyed the other item. Seriously? If you really want to try out this company’s bras, order from Amazon and make sure they have free returns.

I bought two bras both two small my fault. But I wanted to return them and get the bigger size but you only get 15 days and you have to send them an inquiry first It has been two weeks since I requested to return them and I have had no response from the now I’m going to be stuck with two bras I can’t use.

After reading these reviews, a little late, I should have realized that any manufacturer approved through KLARNA was going to be a waste of money. I thought I read a refund was offered, but no, that was not the case.
I have already made my 2nd of 4 payments to KLARNA and still have not received my purchase.
Buyer beware of any products made by manufacturers approved by KLARNA.

I will be very careful when purchasing from this company. there are website states with regards to returns that you have 15 days from the day that you purchase to return anything. I purchased 2 bras from their website and got them about 11 days after I bought them. I took the tags off of one of them and tried it on but it was too small. I emailed them to ask their return policy and they said they will not take them back. I would be very careful when buying anything from them. the garments seem to be very well made only allowing 15 days on returns is a bit extreme.

Received three bras. One had a tag, one had a soft bag, and one had a wash bag. None of them had all three and in order to return all three must be present. Bras are indeed comfortable IF YOU WANT AND LIKE HAVING ONE BOOB IN THE MIDDLE. Even with THEIR suggested size, cups overflowed into center. Bands were too big and cups too small. DONT DO IT.

I am having the same issue. Bought a bra. I did not even hook it across my back. I knew it would not fit. No tags were cut and all accessories sent are intact. I emailed for a return. Site states, "Refunds by 15 days after you receive the bra". I was within the 15 day and all they are offering me is an exchange or buy another bra for $20 and keep both. This is crazy. I'm not sending the bra back to them. They will destroy the bra and I'm out $49.65. NOT worth it!!!

The bra is ill fitting and cuts into my armpit the strap is adjustable but its way too short. Has anyone tried to get our credit card company to get involved?

Really wish I had found this review site before purchasing. Returns are not hassle free and it is at your own cost. I don’t mind paying for return shipping but customer service treated me like a second class citizen. I’m taking lots of photos of product/condition I am sending back.
Update: after pressing the company, they sent me a return label. The cost to send back three bras was $17.97.

Received the 2 bras I ordered but didn't like. I'm trying to get my refund with no success. Spent $85 so now I'm out that money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE....THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!!

Major uniboob. Only good for sleeping support. Looks terrible with clothing.

Well this my second post and if I could give a negative star count I would. On Aug 5 made purchase of 3 bras for $154.41 Canadian dollars. On Sept 5 finally got refund for $149.90 Canadian. Does anyone else see a difference in the math here? If this is how they do business BUYERS BEWARE!! They are trying to tell me its my bank but it is clearly on their end with the number input. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

Wish I had read this before buying. Still waiting for my refund. Very disappointed.
