I honestly have to give it 5 stars. Just got my first 2 Forlest bras this week and was very worried after reading these negative reviews. However - both bras fit great! Per their website measurements I’m a 36DDD which came out to a 2XL. The underbust of both bras is a bit tight, but each bra came with a 2” extender - problem solved! I tried them under tighter fitting t-shirts and dresses, and my girls look perkier and even! I love these bras. Fabric is smooth and stretchy. Good experience, just shipping too longer since they do come from China.

I love both the Hannah 2.0 and the Helena! I am waiting for my third one to come in. I like them so much that I ordered my sister one. I can't wait for her to try it.

I was hesitant to pay top dollar for a bra, but went ahead. When I received it, it didn't fit right, and I contacted them about a return. To my surprise, they offered no return label or return service, just told me to return at my expense, which I did. Three weeks later, I got an email informing me that since the item was returned without all the attached labels, it would be disposed of with no refund. This was not explained in the return instructions. Now I'm out $60 for the bra AND the return shipping cost! Shame on you, Forlest!

The bra itself is nice. I find wearing a V neck without it showing is impossible and it rolls up constantly under my breasts. Which is disappointing. Sizing is very confusing and seems to change between models.
Not sure if it was worth the money. had two more in my basket but I do think I will pass.

This is the softest bra I have ever worn. My first bra was a bit large but that was my fault bc my measurements were off. Anyone from the USA buying this bra needs to take time to get your correct measurements. I am now waiting for 2 more I just ordered and cannot wait to get them. Even with a size too large, my underarm fat and back fat is GONE! I will never wear a different bra!!

Wanted to return items, but phone #for customer service is just "leave a message", which I did, along with an email stating I want to return (on 7/28). Co. emailed back asking for my measurements and size I ordered, which they already had. I believe these items are shipped from China, which is why it takes a while to arrive. Got a response instructing me to ship items to New Jersey; when received I will supposedly get my refund...we shall see!

Zero Stars (0) should be the option!!!! June 20th ordered, still not shipped. Emailed the company and asked what’s happening with my order.

I purchased the size that was recommended based ib their size chart, spoiler alert it didn't fit. I emailed them several times to ask them for a return, I emailed probably three times and nobody replied then I tried to message them on IG, nobody replied, then I started writing reviews on their IG page saying they're a scam, and guess what, I got an email reply that made very little sense. here's what it said,
You can return it to the warehouse in NJ and we can send you one at the price of $20 and you don't need to return them, what do you think?

You can choose whatever you want. You can share them with your friends or family. If you are okay with it, we will send you an invoice." So I replied asking them what that means. I got another reply saying "that choosing the right size for a bra is sometimes quite a nightmare for us since different brands apply different standards.

May I know your under-bust and fullest-bust measurements to get your best fit?

I ordered two bras, the same size, one black, one white. I received two bras of different sizes. The black one fits perfectly and the white one is too tight and gives me a uniboob. Is there a way to get the white one replaced with the same size as the black one?

On May 6, 2023 I ordered a bra that cost me $60. On May 8, the shipment was on its way from China which I didn't know about. On May 10, shipment on the way and tracking # 4PX3000577705251CN provided. May 19, order was supposedly out for delivery. It was supposedly delivered on May 24, to the USPS office. I sent an email advising them that the package was not supposed to go to USPS but to the UPS office. They responded and sent a 30 digit tracking number 4203-2304-9374-8109-143000-1909-5245 and said to check with USPS!!! I contacted USPS and UPS they didn't recognize these tracking numbers and never received the package. I started requesting my refund from a person name Kiki Hope. I never received the order nor my refund and I am still waiting for my money to be returned. And I reported this unscrupulous, crooked, company to the Federal Trade Commission and to the Better Business Bureau. I want my refund now!!!

Absolutely terrible fit, boobs get squished together in a uniboob and there’s zero support. All these claims about eliminating back fat bulges and it did the exact opposite of that for me. Total waste of money unless you have small breasts.

I bought 2 bras. Total purchase was $73.35. I returned both bras at my own expense. They refunded me $29.15. SERIOUSLY???

HOW does that make any sense?

Horrible return policy. they do not even give you a shipping label to print. you must email them, then a rep says ship it to this address (NO LABEL) and if you're lucky... we will give you your money back. oh- and don't forget to email us with your package number and delivery confirmation to start the return request AGAIN. CAN I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS?

Sizing was way off. I used their chart to order and the band was too big and the cups weren't right. They then suggested a size which was the same as the size that didn't fit. I sent the bras back a month ago. Post office was very slow delivering to the return address I was given but confirmed the delivery. Emailed asking for time frame for refund. Got an auto response and have been ghosted since (except for the advertisement emails). I guess I will need to dispute the charge. I want my money back.

I am waiting on the remainder of my order, but the one I did get, OMG!! It's amazing! At almost 55 I've never bought a bra online or in store that actually fits like it was custom made for me. So comfortable and soft! I saw somewhere these bras are inexpensive, that comment must have been made by someone who hasn't ever bought a bra! (I'm a 38 H)

I ordered two bras, one for me, one for my daughter.
mine came, with an email to my junk mail telling me that they didn't think I meant to order the second one because it was so much smaller. CHARGED ME FOR BOTH. I tried on the bra, and quite frankly it fit as I thought it would. It was soft, and i'd keep it for sleeping, if the shoulder width wasn't made for a linebacker. The straps Absolutely do not stay up.
This bra is worth 15 bucks.NOT $50.59 Canadian.

I don't know what all these negative reviews are about. I guess I'm lucky. My bra fits and feels great. I absolutely love it!!!!

Like another review said, I wish I could give negative stars, I'm devastated. I am absolutely desperate to find a bra that will offer me the support I need and Forlest seemed to be doing just that, but I should have done more research. This business is entirely fraudulent. The bra I received would not be suitable even for someone with significantly smaller assets than I. I think it would only be suitable for someone flat-chested honestly. It's soft and pretty, I'll give it that, but the construction, fit, and support are abysmal. I have a $14 Hanes bralette from Amazon that is better quality. Their return policy is sketchy, at best, and because it would cost a substantial sum to send the item back, it's simply not worth the risk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered the cool cup bra and used their chart to get the “correct size” according to their website. I’m a 36H. What came was a C cup with a 42 inch band. Absolutely a waste of money. They don’t refund shipping and they told me I had to pay to ship it back to them to get a refund. No integrity.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I wasted my time with this scam of a Company. I followed to a "T" the sizing instructions and these fit so horribly. I did get a response from them within 48 hours of requesting a return, but it is a painful exchange..."what Company makes you go thru email to ask to complete a return, no where is there an address to just return". Then they want me to give them my personal measurements so they can help size me...what!? And, now they won't refund my money but will offer me $20.00 a bra to cover shipping and handling. If I have already expressed in my initial email that the fit and support was undesirable, which is for any other company a legitimate reason for a return, WHY would I want any other bras from you? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!
