They don’t fit as claimed. Unless you want to stick out in all directions. The return policy is so horrible I’m stuck with a bunch of useless crap. Strongly feel it’s on purpose as returning something not in the original plastic bag isn’t allowed. It’s a plastic bag it has nothing to do with the bra.
Also took weeks to get after ordering.

Le service client est rapide et répond vite. Cependant, n'espérez pas pouvoir retourner vos produits s'ils ne vous correspondent pas. Il faut payer les frais de retour.
Je suis en attente des produits que l'on doit m'échanger mais j'ai vu le prix déboursé, cela ne vaut pas du tout le coup.

Edit 19/04/2023: Ils ont dit qu'ils attendaient les articles retournés pour m'en envoyer des nouveaux à ma taille et maintenant on me parle de remboursement. La communication s'est dégradée. Ne commandez pas.

Like so many others, i bought 2 bras and only received one. This company is deplorable! Do not buy from them.

Customer service was great! Bra didn't take too long to get here and I love it!

I ordered two bras and have yet to receive them. After reading reviews this company is terrible. They need to be investigated because they are taking peoples money.

The company promises refunds for returns made within 15days of delivery but all attempts to contact them to complete return (there's no shipping address listed) are met with silence. The product is NOTHING like the website described and there's no way to get your money back. BEWARE!

The bras are crap and will not support large breast properly. The company is garbage for not responding to my request to return the product. I’ve reached out 5 times and crickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They bait customers to purchase and then stick them with the bill when they don’t respond on their 15 day return policy.

I ordered 2 bras on December 24, 2022 and have not received my order. I have had conversations with the company and they told me the parcel was "missing". Last tracking update shows it in Grand Prairie TX on January 4th. They offered me a free bra and a wash bag...really??? Had I known this company was located and shipping from China I never would have ordered!!

If I could give negative stars I would. The bras didn’t fit when they arrived I returned them the very next day with all the tags attached and in the original packaging and they refunded only one of the bras even though they were returned in the same packaging. I’ve been emailing and they just went dark no response. Sooo frustrating!

Never buy from this company. I was VERY careful in measuring and ordering the recommended size for each bra I ordered. None of them even came close to fitting. I wore one around the house for a few hours hoping the cup would stretch. Nope, didn’t work.
Returns are a nightmare. They will neither refund me for the bra that I removed the tag, but enclosed in the packaging, nor will they send me the bra back.
“ The warehouse guy erased the nude bra” was actually the response I got.
This company is a total fly-by-night operation in my opinion. It took 2 weeks and 2 emails to get the refund for the two bras that had tags attached.

Wish I had read reviews first. The bras arrived quickly; however, sizing was way off. I followed their measuring and video instructions, but they are super small and sooo uncomfortable. I contacted them immediately for a return. It took them 3 days to reply, and they sent a link to the sizing instructions and suggested I order another size. The bras are brand new, with tags, packaging and everything. Returning should not be a problem.

I am very upset with this company. I placed an order and have not yet received it. Tracked it and it says it’s in Edmonton, Cairns regional, Queensland, Australia. I live in Alberta Canada. I tried calling and emailing and no response. At one point it was in British Columbia then back to Australia. Never shopping with them again.

I was very careful to order the size that they listed for me (my 36D was their 2XL). I ordered two bras. The Mabel struck me as a little bit on the large size (the cups) but the Amber is perfect and is my favorite bra now--a nice mix of compression and separation. I LOVE the wide, adjustable straps, a feature that really sets these bras apart from the competition. I now have an order in for the Kyle in 2XL, which is suited for smaller cup sizes. It takes a few weeks for these to ship from China, so not a good choice if you are in a hurry.

I have jad a mixed bag with these bras and customer service.

I tried several different tupes of their items, some the cups either too big or too small, same with the bands, most bras came with a band expander, like they knew it qould be needed. All of the band expanders were not the same material or same color of the bras... weird!

The biggest issue was that I had a really bad reaction on my skin between and under my breasts. BC I had tried several bras at the same time, it took about a month to figure out. I had been told I have a sensitivity to latex about 20 years ago, but since just about everything has gone non-latex since then, I didn't relate it till I looked up their Modal fabric. It's not latex but I guess from how it's processed, it can produce the same reactions. My skin was burning, red and blistered amd nothing worked till I tried hydrocortisone cream. So BEWARE if you have a LATEX allergy or sensitivity!!!

Once I figured out which styles worked for me, and got the correct size(after 3 returns), I am very happy with the Carmen Lace, it has been wonderful as a 24/7 bra bc I sweat under breasts so much, it is very awesome! Also the Hannah is very comfortable and lifting.

The customer service is obviously not in USA! Kiki per email seemed to not understand my requests, and qhen I asked about the possibility of latex allergy, got no response! Hmmm.

Overall, after all the trouble, I do like the products that finally worked out. Super soft amd comfortable and almost don't even know I'm wearing a bra!!

Watchout for their Modal material if LATEX ALLERGIC OR SENSITIVE!!!

Beware! I have waited over a month and have not received my bras. The package was lost at customs, never received by USPS. Terrible customer service. They told me to “chase it down” with USPS.

I ordered a $50 bra and never received it. When I asked them about it they blew me off.

The absolute worst customer service. The orders are shipped from China, when they arrive in the US they claim to have no control over the delivery.
I'm been waiting for my order now for a month.
Don't order from this company.

Sizing is terrible. I used their recommendations and the cup and band size are way off. Trying to return.

I got in touch again via email referenci g my order number they then told me they actually couldn't refund those bras since they were clearance items. After already telling me to ship it back! None of my items were clearance bras unless there counting the buy three get a percent off discount as a clearance? Maybe that's what it is. 🤔 There was nothing to be found on their site about not accepting clearance bras back either. I looked.
Read your rights. There's a government site (.gov) I won't leave the link because you shouldn't click on those anyway that has information regarding what online shops are and are not allowed to do and how we the consumers are protected.
Google it. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and get my money back.
This is ridiculous.
