I received the bras back in July of 2021. I was not happy with them as they were not very comfortable and unusually thick. I returned them on 8/21/21. ONE YEAR LATER...the package was returned from China. This company is not up to date with the tarrifs charged by the country so the package was returned. So, not only am I out the $124 I paid for the 4 bras but now the $60 it cost to return the package?? OMG. Do yourself a favor and shop locally!!!

Just don't. Even if you follow their bra fit sizing guide to a T they still say you didn't. I measured several times. The bra was not at all what was described. There was no mention of removable pads or I wouldn't have even wasted time buying this. I would honestly give zero stars if I could. I should have known that when nobody responded to the live chat thing for over 2 hours that this was going to be a problem with customer service. I waited to know if the medium was correct. The second indicator would have been when my bank card declined it twice because it's based overseas and I had to use a PayPal account. Now I've been trying to get a return approval since Saturday night and it's currently Tuesday afternoon. If you have to return the stupid bra it will be nothing but a hassle I guess worst case scenario I can sleep in the thing because it has zero support. Their bra size indicator told me I was a 30d (a medium in Paula bra) and I typically wear a 32 double D the band needed to be on second to smallest and the cups just didn't cut it. The only thing this company did right was I got that bra in 3 days. It's taking me longer to get it sent back then it did to get it. Just saved yourself the hassle and order from a company that offers free returns and has a bra app like walcoal. Lesson learned sometimes it's just worth to spend more money.
Update: was a hassle getting approval for the return but I did get it approved. I was responsible for return shipping. I still don't feel I should've been since I used their fitting guide and it was false advertising. Again no where did it mentioned that they had removable pads in it I would have never bought it. It was basically a very glorified sports bra. And I was a 30D in their guide and I did not feel that it offered any support. Takes a while to get refund. The staff was friendly though.

These bras are the real deal. Very well made, super soft, high quality, size is accurate. I wear 42DDD, and this is the only bra I buy and wear now. I like the way I look for the first time in forever, and these bras LAST. And they are truly made for all sizes of women.

Terrible. I was charged for my order and then was sent an email that some of my order wasn’t available in the color I chose, was offered another color . Then I agreed to the color and received yet another email stating that some or all of the items in my order were no longer available in my size. Which they then proceeded with suggesting canceling till my size was available I have now been fighting for 3 weeks for a full refund. Constantly having to remind them that I’m still waiting while they reply sorry for the delay on their reply and another excuse for not refunding me in fill. UNREAL!

Update….. after almost 2 months I am now not even getting a reply to my emails anymore and still have not been fully refunded!!!! They have completely ignored my attempt to contact them to right their wrong that they have caused! Disgusting customer service from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I received items in the wrong size, been trying to return these items for over a week. It take forever to get anyone to respond and then they are refusing to allow a return. Items have not been worn or out of the package! Now they have stopped responding, at a loss on how to get my money back.

The day I received my package I tried it on and it was too small . I immediately contacted them for a return shipping slip and they were late replying and now do not answer my emails..
I’m very disappointed there is no number to call to verify the return address as it’s not the same address as was shipped ., poor customer service ,, be aware !!

I ordered a bra based on their sizing chart but it was way too small. I've emailed their customer service dept. 4 times on returning it but cannot get a reply.

The fabric feels very nice but the sizing is so far off I can’t believe it. I wear a 38d I’m every other bra I buy. I followed their sizing guide and ordered and XL. I could barely fasten it and had bulges everywhere. I’d need 3 sizes larger from this to come close to fitting and to be comfortable. I am disappointed and will be returning the 2 bras I purchased.

The underwear is very comfortable, I have purchased it for the second time, thank you very much.

Forlest Bra's are so soft and very well made. To my dismay, because I had gained so much weight during this Covid crap they didn't fit me.
As soon as I contacted Nina, she put the wheels in motion for my return.
What a wonderful company, I was treated like I was the only customer!

The quality of the bras I got exceeded my expectations. In terms of quality and comfort they were great. I love wearing them. After wear and wash the product is still holding up great.
In terms of sizing it is not the same as North American sizing, but their customer service was able to help me get the right size for me.
Shipping took just over 2 weeks which is not bad for an international order.

The bras are very attractive and comfortable but they run REALLY small so get help with sizing.....and even then maybe order the next size up. Customer service is very responsive, kind and helpful. Take advantage of that fact.

I searched the interest for months looking for the most comfortable bra for my wife! She has been professionally fitted for a 32DD, my wife loves this bra! She says it’s so comfortable she can even sleep in it! It is easy to care for, relieves her back pain, and really appreciates not having the underwire!

Previously I left a bad review. But I have changed my mind. The bras which were nice did not fit me. Howeve getting a refund was NOT a problem. That made all the difference. Their customer service was excellent. I'll bet if you're like me you would of rather had the bras. However, this is a real company that will make it right if they don't.

Once I figured the size they fit perfectly. excellent quality fabric and beautifully made and presented. I had difficulty figuring out the correct size and customer service was super helpful. They took the expected time to arrive from outside de USA. I have already recommended this product to many friends.

I wanted a wire free, seam free, smooth T shirt bra and was very taken with the designs and technology in the forlest range.

I had a little difficulty working out my size but when I messaged they were incredibly helpful, I gave my measurements and they recommend size and style that would suit.

The bra and pants were beautifully packed and arrived promptly

The fit is great, I can honestly say they are the most comfy bras I have ever worn and invisible under tight clothing

The bra is very comfortable and the service amazing. The feel of the fabric takes some getting used to because it is so light. It's not the most supportive wireless bra but is great for comfort and either sitting around the house or at your WFH desk.

The Bra arrived quickly and in good condition. Although I did not care for the feel of the fabric, my money was refunded quickly and without problems. Please check your size carefully when ordering.
