I misunderstood this app....
I downloaded this app accidentally thinking it was a meal plan kit for a 12 week trial of the app and food. I was sleepy, won't happen again......
They will not give me back my $28.76 membership fee after less than 1 days of app usage... I explained myself clearly and they seem to have no sympathy for anyone in this economy businesses need to do better. I know it isn't a lot of money but any other thing, if I tried to return it the following day, before 10am.... I just feel taken advent of.
I really wish I could add pictures.

I made a request for a refund that was resolved by email within a few hours. Same day response and ACTION. Problem fixed by a polite, efficient woman -Helga.

Awesom customer sercice
I forgot I had purchased the app a year ago. When I was billed for the next year , a year later I contacted them. They cancelled my subscription and refunded my money within 15 minutes of me notifying them. I was surprised to get a refund as well. Very wonderful experience.

What makes my experience good is the professionalism of the Customer Service Reps they employ. Its in times of difficulty that a company reveals its true value to a Customer and the CSR that got my contact delivered Rapid Response, informed me of the guideline but then listened to my position and worked to devise a solution. Only been on the app for a week now, but it’s already surpassed Lose It, which my PCP suggested.
It’s easier to use, clearer to interpret and equally capable to customize, however…. Editing entries or deleting specific ones still challenges me, but I’m a newbie. We’ll see.

I am so thankful that I stumbled across this diet app! It has truly been life-changing for me.
When they recently changed the app, I shared my thoughts because the upgrade wasn’t working for me. In fact, I felt like it had set me backward. But what I love about this company is that they listen to their consumers! Their customer service is absolutely wonderful, and they work hard to make things right.
I am so thankful they heard what I had to say and brought back the features I loved when I first joined.

It’s all about accountability
I love the suggestions that pop up as I log my meals. Had to switch diets due to food allergies to dairy and eggs. Carnivore diet was too intense. Love the low cal option
