I like the feedback after I log my meals. It provides direction on making better choices but cheering me on all the while. I'm getting used to the format of the app and the food lists could be refined a little better but there are still options to choose from.

They trick you into subscription
They trick you into subscription, then auto charge your card and very difficult to cancel. Make sure you want to buy and use this app. They will NOT offer you any refund, even though they say 100% satisfaction guarantee.
UPDATE: Even though my initial email/request for refund was declined, they have now provided me with credit. So, I felt it necessary to add this note so others would know we worked it out. Because of this prompt resolution, I've updated my 1 star rating to 4 star rating

I had somehow signed up for an offer by accident, and I requested a refund on that portion, fully expecting to have to fight for it- but they immediately refunded me (I didn't download the item, either) Very good customer service!!!

I am a vegetarian
I am a vegetarian, but mostly vegan. I was recommended the app to help with weight loss and low carb keto diet, unfortunately after signing up I realized this was not offered and after spending time reached out and despite the work around could see this was not going to be easy. I asked for a refund as the app was supposed to help not make it a struggle. Helga replied back cancelling my subscription and refunding my initial fee. This is an excellent result, Kudos to Formula.

I get to track my meals and workouts for free with good AI generated feedback that gives me lots of good ideas and suggestions about how to make my meals more balanced. In addition to this, the app offers lots of low cal and high protein recipes that aren’t just boring salads and are actually reallly good!! :)

More thought needed by developers!
Response was fast, which is much appreciated. At least I feel that I was being heard. However, when developing an app for logging food and understanding that there are many different allergies, more thought should have gone into planning this part of the app. Allergies are a serious business! Now, with AI, this is a doable application! I use AI to create personalized recipes all the time.
